Took a package in to be returned. The lady, (clerk #3) couldn't remember her name, was as nice as you can get. Helped me put the label on and gave me a receipt to show that it was shipping. Wished more people were that helpful!

Workers have to deal with rude people all day and they don't punch them in the face. Very good restraint

Lazy and rude workers. Called talked to the postmaster she didn't give me any solution other than getting rude with me and then hung up on me.
