Final EditGot my Jeep back today and will never again get a car from these sleezebags. No call backs when promised, and the didn’t even cover anything like they promised or get me into an actual rental car even after the warranty people approved the repairs. Nothing but a bunch of dirty down low liars over there. Zero stars do NOT recommend.3rd Edit:Still not a single phone call from these people. The only one to be in touch with me at all has been Beth over at Sternbergs.2nd Edit:After a phone call and promise of an actual rental car and discussion of billing I had changed the rating. Then radio silence happened. So I’m updating again and readjusting my rating to where we started at. Communion is key in customer service. So when you say you’ll be in touch and you are not your rating goes back down. I’ve been patient, however this has been trying my patience. Remember I got this Jeep on 10/10/2023 and only had it in my possession for 16 hours before the first check engine light came on. After four weeks it was gone and has been at Sternbergs since. So that’s two of three months that I’ve not had it in my possession since purchasing it here.Edit:Things are being made right while working with Daniel now. He has personally made sure to be in touch with the contact and Sternberg’s in regard’s to my Jeep and the things needing to be done. However I will be leaving my original review for others to see and learn from. When buying used make sure you purchase the optional extended warranty like I did and request that the mechanical safety check be thorough and that the engine and transmission are checked throughly as well.I am happy to say that I’m feeling much better about this situation now after having had a face to face and a loaner vehicle for the time being.Making things right in the end counts and I will highly recommend others to buy here now after this experience.I was sold a Jeep not even six weeks ago, it’s been in the shop twice since then. First time for a busted heater. This time? It needs a new transmission. Safety and mechanical check was done so they claim. Had it been done properly this would not have fallen through the cracks. I’ve left messages and still haven’t been called back. If they make this right I will change my review. As for now if I could leave zero stars I would.

Uebelhor & Sons Toyota is bare non a GREAT Toyota dealership; We have purchased several vehicles from and they will continue to earn our business. Chris Aders has been my go to guy for 3 sales.. Yet i dont doubt the complete sales staff, business managers and service staff; are always interested in their customer concerns. GREAT JOB!!!! This dealership gets their customers.

Just a quick thank you to Uebelhor Toyota. Leased a Tacoma from them and the lease was up and decided to purchase it. The process and communication with Jeannie Schepers is and was the exact same way when we started the lease process three years ago. Above and beyond expectations on every level. This dealership is how a car purchasing experience should be. They will always be the first Toyota dealer I deal with when looking to purchase or lease any future vehicles.

Great dealership! Rhonda was awesome. No doc fees and no automatic add on fees like dealerships in Evansville. Worth the little bit of extra drive.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The absolute worst sales experience I’ve ever had in trying to buy a car! We have been trying to buy a car for 30 hours and we have gotten nothing but the run around! We wanted to do our paperwork online because we are busy people. We were told the application has been sent. We waited and we waited. We never got the application. We called to inquire about the application and got a voicemail. We left a voicemail no response. So called again and were told again that they’re going to send us an application. So we waited, still no application. Finally we get the application the next day after we called again. We submitted it some time before 4:30pm and we waited. A few hours passed with no response so we call. We get the same voicemail of the same person who doesn’t ever return our call. We leave another voicemail. No response. We call back and ask for a different salesman. We ask the salesman “can you please tells us the results of our application, you have had it over 3 hours”. This salesman did nothing but tell us they are closed and they couldn’t help us. Mind you this is 12 mins before closing. All we needed was some info on our app. 12 mins he could have gotten us something. He did not offer to ask someone for some follow up info, he didn’t offer me to speak to a manager, he did not pull up the application to check it himself. He just stated they were closed and couldn’t help until tomorrow. Tomorrow being 2 days now it will have taken to attempt to buy a car. I have bought brand new corvettes, tahoes, Silverados, Camaro….. all over the phone and all within 3 hours the keys were in my hand!At uebelhor I’m on day two now and not even a result on my credit app. I gave uebelhor a shot because I’m new to this area. BOY HAVE I BEEN LET DOWN!!I buy a lot of vehicles. This hurts me yes! But it’s going to hurt them more because I won’t be shadowing their door again!!

On August 26th, 2023, my wife and I drove from Cincinnati to Jasper Indiana to purchase vehicle. Salesperson friendly. Test drove the vehicle and purchased it. Paid in full.It is now Sept 28th. We are pushing 5 weeks and no paperwork.No title, no nothing has come in the mail. WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE?Left wondering if I will have to file an abandoned vehicle claim with the State of Indiana? Or hire an attorney? Not sure at this point. Feel totally abandoned on this one.Called the salesperson who said the person who handles their titles was off for a week. What about the other 4 weeks? One person knows how to do this paperwork?

We bought our first new Toyota from Uebelhor's this last Friday. The whole experience went very well, from the trade in value for our previous car, details and support from our salesman Austin and how quickly and easily Jeannie took care of our loan and closing paperwork. There was absolutely no pressure. We would certainly recommend Uebelhor & Sons Toyota to our friends and family. They will be at the top of our list for any future new car purchases as well.

Corey Oser with sales and Sherry with finance were extremely patient when we showed up and hour before closing. Usually USAA is quick with handling car loans, but today was the complete opposite.I think we stayed close to an hour after closing trying to get USAA to play ball on sending the needed paperwork. Corey is the definition of customer service and just showing that being your genuine self can connect with people. Never was I pressured into anything and the team has great cohesion working with each other.Corey and Sherry, I can’t thank you enough, keep doing what your doing and thank your team again for the awesome experience! We will send anyone your way that is looking for a new vehicle and if I get a chance to snag up at 1794 Tundra, I know who to reach out to!Best experience overall and ultimately the people you want to do business with.

Had to find my own sales person. I found the car I wanted it was a trade in was told once it went through inspection and detailed I would be contacted got sold right out from under me. When I called the lady said the sales person would contact me and never did not a sorry for the mistake really bad business. Even shook my hand when he said he would contact me soon as car was ready. A man's handshake use to mean something well not at this dealers

Chris Underwood is one of the greatest people you could meet for your car shopping experience. Absolutely no pressure and wants you to have the vehicle that best suits your needs. Awesome salesman named Austin! He was very nice and attentive. Went and seen truck on Wednesday and picked up Saturday. All paperwork was already pre finished. All in all was only at dealer ship for a few hours and had a new truck! The best experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle.
