The following is my opinion: after only 60,000 miles my front wheel bearings went out on my 2018 Silverado. I was charged over $1400 to fix it. Normally I would fix something like this myself; however, I was out of town. On top of that I asked to purchase factory windshield wipers and I was given AC Delco. I returned those and, I purchased factory wipers off of Amazon for $18. In the past it cost me $70 for the same wipers at the Chevy dealer. There’s a lot of YouTube videos out there of Chevy dealers (not this one), supposedly doing their inspections on your vehicle, and they actually do not. I’d like to think that our local dealer here would not do something like that, but you never know those hidden cameras could catch a lot of things. I’ll leave you with this, it is best in my opinion unless your vehicle is under warranty to take it to Bob’s repair in Ireland. Seems to have much better prices.

Doing paperwork to buy truck, went to sales manager, he comes in and tells us it already sold! Understand that, but they should've put SOLD card in truck! Took about 40 minutes for them to tell us it sold! Poor business!! We have bought several vehicles there, never again!!

After finding the car through Chevy's inventory site, and basically doing a deal via text message, I was ready for anything when I arrived at the dealer after my 3 hour drive. Everyone was friendly and respectful. My Bolt was ready to go and everything was exactly as expected. The whole purchasing process was smooth and pleasant.

The following are facts:1) uebelhor had a 2023 Malibu LS for 24.9k on their website.2)I went to buy it and they told me the price was wrong online. They offered it to me at sticker price, 26.3k3) 3 days later I bought a 2024 Malibu RS (A year newer and a trim level higher) for 25.4k at Kenny Kent in evansville.4) 4 days after informing me the online price was wrong, uebelhor still had the wrong price on its website.

I called to see if vehicle was still available, Vernando was very helpful. When I got to the dealership he greeted us and we worked out a deal. No pressure was applied. The financial part of the deal was the smoothest we have ever experienced.

Recently bought a good used vehicle from here. Our sales person, Daron, was awesome! He wasn’t pushy, extremely helpful, kind, upfront and knowledgeable to work with. He made purchasing the car a breeze. We purchase all our vehicles from Uebelhors and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

After owning the car for less than a week and driving it less than 300 miles, we noticed it had a very slow coolant leak. The coolant was coming from the backside of the engine, which was almost impossible to notice, until I put the car on a lift and examined it myself. The dealership wanted to charge us over $800 for the repair. After talking with a local GM dealership I found out the repair only called for three hours labor and the part was around $100, It felt like we were being taking advantage of. Per our request they did, however, after negotiating gave us the part to do the repair ourselves. I know we bought the vehicle “as is” but we’re told the car had been cleared through their service department. After adding 1/2 gallon coolant at 300 miles and now after 1000 miles it still isn’t low, it is obvious this was a problem even before we purchased the car. I honestly expected more from this dealership after hearing such good things. We were very disappointed and will not be doing repeat business nor recommend them to anyone.

Their service has always been great for oil change and tire rotation. Recently had a problem with our Chevy Trax. I replaced spark plugs and coil pack. Still didn’t run well, so we had it towed to the dealer. They said the compression was low and Charged us a bunch of money to check that and then they found the Autolite plugs I installed were not doing the job so replaced with AC/Delco plugs and all was fixed. So we spent $446 dollars to get the spark plugs changed and they didn’t even give me back the $50 worth of Autolite plugs. $120 was the tow, but still either they have issues troubleshooting or they saw a fish they could hook. Don’t want to return, but there are no other certified GM mechanics within 40 miles. Of course, with this experience, what does GM cert really mean?

Everyone made it a quick and easy, no pressure experience right from the beginning. Nobody asked me to purchase unnecessary things or tried to talk me into ordering a specific vehicle. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to. The chevrolate build features online made deciding what I wanted a breeze.
