I am writing this review as a warning to potential customers considering doing business with Uebelhor & Sons. My husband and I recently had an extremely disheartening experience with this dealership, specifically with their finance manager, Jordan Williams.We purchased a used 2012 model from them on October 21st. During the negotiation process, Jordan introduced us to the Allstate plan, assuring us that it would cost a mere $50 per month. What seemed like a reasonable deal was made even more attractive by her assertion that we could cancel at any time without any repercussions. This, unfortunately, turned out to be far from the truth. We wouldn't have signed up for it if we knew if there were strings attached.Jordan Williams not only blatantly lied about what she had said, but she also lacked professionalism when dealing with customers. I must note that on the contract that it says to contact the seller within 60 days, it hasn't officially been 60 days yet. When we spoke to her on the phone along with the general sales manager, Jordan contradicted what she said in person - just to cover up her own behind.Contrary to what she initially promised, we later discovered that if we chose to cancel, the money would not be refunded but would instead be applied towards our loan. This was a crucial piece of information that Jordan conveniently omitted during our conversation.Feeling misled, we confronted Jordan. To our dismay, she backtracked from her initial guarantee, despite us having recorded the conversation for legal purposes. It was an underhanded move that not only breached our trust but also left us feeling deceived and manipulated.We initially considered the Allstate plan as we were exploring our options and also contemplating getting AAA. However, considering the overall price and the lack of transparency in their practices, it became clear that this was not a feasible or honest deal.I implore anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Uebelhor & Sons to take heed of our experience. The lack of transparency and integrity displayed by their finance manager, Jordan Williams, has left us disillusioned and regretful of our decision to do business with them. Given that we had already invested a substantial $8,000 down payment for the vehicle, it's beyond comprehension why they would resort to such shady, deceptive tactics.Please think twice before giving your trust and your hard-earned money to a dealership that seems to prioritize profit over honesty and customer satisfaction. You deserve a dealership that values you and treats you with respect and transparency, qualities we found sorely lacking at Uebelhor & Sons.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I take pride in supporting family owned businesses but refuse to be taken granted for, even travelled an hr just to be a loyal customer as I have purchased a used vehicle from them. Since when does it take 5 hours to place 4 new tires and balance them? When scheduling the appointment I was told this would take 2 hours. I called asking if the vehicle was close to being done after 2 hrs of it being there and was told it would be another hour to hour and a half- so I waited even longer. Finally I had to confront them after 5 hrs of waiting. The manager was very rude and made it seem like it was my fault that I should've expected it to take this long (but also gave an excuse that they had another vehicle they were stuck on??). I was never informed it would take that long. The manager threw a $15 off coupon at me, without any apology. A small deal was made, but I will NEVER go the extra mile to support this business again.

Friendly people , best service and doesn’t cost a lot but they know their job. They pile changed my car in an hour and half they tested and fixed some issues I had.

Saw a truck that I would like to purchase but the price was high, talked a salesman online and stated I didn't want to drive all the way to Jasper if the price was firm. Was told most likely there was $800-$1000 play in the price and I should come on up, came up and liked the truck, went in to set the price and was told that there was no reduction in the price. I would have to pay their list price. Chatted for a hour and then went home assuming I would get a call back. When I got home I checked there price and the truck was now $250 cheaper than the lowest price they quoted me. Called back and asked it my price was the lowest they could sell why was it listed for $250 less. They did not have a good answer. By this time I had given up on getting $800-1000 off and made an offer $300 less than their new lower price. Again I was told they could not go lower. 8 days later I see that they again lowered the price $250, (just $50 over my offer). Purchased a truck elsewhere with half the miles. Service may be good, I don't know, but their used car salesforce has a lot to be desired.

Bought a new Caddy from them. Darren (sales rep) and Tony (owner) were class acts!! The gal (name escapes me) closed the deal quickly, so I could get on the road. They went out of their way to make this deal happen, and I couldn't be happier. No non-sense PDI fees, etc. Bottom line is I didn't feel like I "had to take a shower after." This is an honest dealer, and they are more RARE than dinosaur fossils! In all sincerity thank you guys! Hope to be back!

We were looking for a new truck and came across this company on the internet. We had already looked at several Chevrolet trucks. We were not real happy with the service from the local dealers as many of them would not even bother calling back, So we drove an hour and a half to buy a truck at just a few hundred dollars more than we were going to pay locally. After driving that far we were pleasantly surprised how nice and friendly everyone was from Dave or salesperson to Nathan the manager. Jordon prepared all of the papers and we were in and out faster than any vehicle I have ever purchased. Ended up we decided to trade our current truck in and got an even better deal. I don't think you can beat this company for willingness to go the extra step to give you great service. They have a lot of trucks to choose from and if you are in the market this is the place to go.

My review is only related to the commercial/diesel side of the company, as that's where we were. We were on a work trip in Indiana (based in Kentucky) and had been having some problems with the Chevy truck's Diesel Exhaust Fluid system. We replaced the fluid before starting our drive back home but the sensors didn't stop and began limiting our speed, eventually getting down to 55mph. We knew we wouldn't make it home unless we stopped to have someone check so I found Uebelhor & Sons on my maps and we headed there. Thankfully our truck was under warranty and they had a mechanic take a look at it immediately. They were SO helpful. And they happened to have the exact part we needed (only one left, in fact) and got to work on the truck then and there. We ended up waiting a couple hours because the truck was not making it easy on them (just one of those weeks, I guess) but they finally got it fixed and ready to go. I didn't mind the wait at all because we wouldn't have been able to make it home that day if they hadn't squeezed us in and worked so hard to get things working again. Thank you everyone at the commercial side of Uebelhor & Sons! We appreciated your time and quick assistance.
