I walked in today and spoke with Chris Fleck. I was very stressed because my account was overdrawn by over $100 due to a misunderstanding. She resolved the issue quickly and took the time to explain how I could avoid any future issues. She was professional, but personable, warm, and friendly. I would highly recommend Chris!

I have had nothing but friendly service at ONB on 2nd Ave. I have had some difficulty trying to log in to my account and they have been great.

I bank here near daily. Although their accuracy is fine, their customer service and friendliness is sub-par. Combine their ridiculous fees for almost anything and everything with their not so friendly staff and it is wonder why I still bank with them.
