I called needing an emergency to save my best friend, dying in my back seat. I had little time and was close. I was told they only accept emergency visits from people that have already had there pets seen there. They told me to go to Louisville or Evansville. I didn’t have time for that. The clinic in huntingburg took us in and did everything they could, we were beyond thankful for there efforts, but by then, it was too late. I lost my best friend. I guess annual shots were more important than my friends life.

This is an excellent choice for your pets needs. The Vets in this office are professional and knowledgeable with the equipment it takes to diagnose your pet. Highly recommend!

Animal Medical Center of Dubois County is AMAZING! My dog Cooper was so well taken care of when an accident landed him into the animal hospital. All the staff were so friendly, caring, and really wanted the best for all the animals. They really understand how much animals mean to families!! Dr. Molly and Dr. Mehringer were so great and answered all my questions without hesitation while they were treating my dog. Thank you sooooo my Animal Medical Center! This cute little building doesn't look like much, but they are wonderful. I love my animals very much and want staff members that are not only kind and friendly towards my pets, but myself and family members I bring when we go as well. Oddly I had many issues finding the perfect doctors for my fur babies, so I was thrilled when I came here and they showed my pets and family with such respect and friendliness. I now enjoy taking my pets to their next appointment .

The entire staff is amazing and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. Visiting the vet is usually a bit traumatic for our dog, but AMC made it different. The entire office was clean from top to bottom and everyone worked together to ensure safety and efficiency. Prices were good and parking was a breeze!

Dr. Mehringer and her staff are fantastic. Being new to the Jasper area, we began taking both of our dogs to her practice. When our 10 year old lab recently experienced a life-threatening situation late in the evening on a weekend, she made herself accessible to manage and treat him. She ensured that we were well informed on his condition, explained our options, and handled everything with a high level of compassion.

Our baby pup, Munchkin, developed parvo. Dr. Lori took wonderful care of her as well as our other two sweet pups. Munchkin had to stay overnight, and the whole staff made her feel very special - they even brought her out to me wrapped in a blanket because it was so cold! I also had an experience of my own where they took care of me! I can't praise their service and compassion enough! :)
