I purchased my laptop and printer from Marvin’s Shop and was very pleased with the service and knowledge they have about the products they sell. I have them go through my laptop once a year also. They are price competitive with the big box stores. I am very pleased with Marvin’s Shop.

Wonderful shop! Best in customer service hands down. If you need any help with computers, sound systems or guitars, this is the place to go. And I have ordered many items from Kyla’s Kreation’s (custom family shirts, cups etc) and have loved every one of our orders!

Marvin's Shop is the best place for computer repair! I use their services for my personal laptop and for all things IT at Gudorf Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical. I always try to figure out our IT problems and Kyla is there when i get stuck! They are my go-to and they should be yours too!!

I am strictly talking about the computer service from this shop. The first problem was that he said the gpu was new and he had to order it but when I looked at the gpu it was filled with dust when I received it and the computer from there was choppy and wouldn’t run right after upgrading the cpu it still ran choppy and after talking to him his response was “ you have a fast computer enjoy what you have” but I would have been paying 2,380 dollars for a computer that didn’t run right. So finally I tried to return it and pay for the gpu witch in the beginning when I signed the lease agreement he told me that I could return it or pay for it straight out he either wanted the money or computer and that would be it well when I called and told him what I wanted to do that wasn’t the case at all he said he never said that when that was the only reason I got the computer because I planned on building my own. He decided to let me return it after I gave him another 100 dollars for the gpu. The final straw was as when I returned the computer days before the payment was due so that way I didn’t have to make the payment well the payment went threw I contacted the shop he said my wife takes care of that and she’s not in today but they will get it taken care of . I waited a week and the payment hadn’t been removed so I went to my bank and removed it my self . He then calls me and says that I owed that payment. That’s not how payments work you pay to use it for the next month not the previous month that’s how it works with cars and rent and any other payments. Overall I do believe this shop should not be your first choice for computer services.

I am completely technology illiterate, so I knew as soon as I started having issues with my computer I would have to seek professional help. I took my compiter to Marvin’s Shop and the staff were very friendly and had it back up and running better than when I first purchased it!Thank you so much!

I took a laptop in to get the charging plug fixed. It was working fine when I turned it off and took it to them. Somehow they fried the hard drive and told me it was that way when I took it to them.This happened a few years ago. You can say what you want, but it was working when it went in your shop and wasn't when it came out. Until you take responsibility for what happens in your shop, I tell everyone I can what happens there.
