It has been months since my pc build and I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services provided by JAY'S. The store's staff demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and skill. They completed the building of my PC when I couldn't complete it on my own, showcasing their expertise in computer hardware assembly, ensuring that my system was assembled correctly and without any hiccups. It's always refreshing to find a store that values its customers and provides quality services without breaking the bank. Without more to add, these months there has not been any problems with my PC.

My laptop was a real pain to work with from the time I bought it at Walmart. It's cleaned up, no pop-up ads, and faster and better than brand new. Also, Jay was patient while I vented my frustration with the laptop. Lol I should have gone from Walmart straight to Jay's to set up properly.

Was getting random blue screens. They said to reinstall windows. Which at the time I didn't know how to do that. So had Jay's do that. But charged me a 150 bucks to reinstall windows. Got it back with my cpu overclocked and a bunch of software I didn't ask for. And also keep getting pop ups saying my windows software was about to expire. Plus was still getting random blue screens. So they didn't fix anything. I cleared the cmos and reinstalled windows myself and it works fine now with no blue screens.
