Matt went out of his way to help us. It took many weeks of me asking many questions but he never hesitated to answer them and even went out of his way to get me answers. He even answered questions after hours sometimes. We did have a tire issue, but he corrected it right away. I look forward to going back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.

Mike, one of the guys working in the jasper office ran my credit on a loan that I didn't apply for. Told him I wasn't interested in the truck unless I got 10500 on my trade in. They offered 7500 and I rejected. He went ahead and had my credit ran, without telling me, for a 30850 loan, which was from a 2019 silverado that was listed for roughly 26k, plus the difference on what they offered on my vehicle. Also 2019 chevy didn't come with no warranty at all despite have only 110k miles.

I wasn't impressed at all with this place. The guy just assumed we had no money when we came in. He said," oh we could do something, the people that usually come in don't either have any money or not good credit. I thought I would be dealing with that." He just assumed that was us.

The sales professionals are nice but the mechanic is one of the rudest people I think I’ve ever spoken too. The way that he talks to people is ridiculous! Maybe it’s just females Idk but a company like that should have people with better customer service and respect! VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! If you do buy a car from them I hope it doesn’t have any issues because he’s a d*ck!

by letting you know the history on a vehicle two days after I got my car the brakes were metal on metal which was dangerous to drive with my kids then found out the car had been wreaked I now can not drive it because it's in limp mode went to go give the guy the paper he asked for he acted like he could care less about what I had to say was wrong with the vehicle told me I could leave the store I told him he could care less what I had to say he said no I don't not with that a
