Hope someone reads this who is in charge of New Albany , Charlestown Rd branch. Three men there viewed & refused to cash a check from my State Auto Insurance Corp. causingme to return to insure agent,who asked State to remake an exact replica replacement check which was to arrive several days later. In order to have the sizeable funds available for a reroof job, I had to draw monies from investments. Naturally I am very disgusted with this service. I intend to change banks within a few days. I had been a Floyds Knobs R.V. customer since you opened the bank there. I believe youprovide a service which youremployees need to handle with better care.

GAB is a great bank. Their customer service is outstanding. They are always professional and the climate within the bank is always friendly.

The tellers are always rude and short. They will charge an overdraft fee even if the money is pending in your account. They don’t care about their customers at all. Garbage customer service.

German American Bank 54 East Owensboro, Ky. Worse customer support ever. Unsupportive and little regard for customer satisfaction. It's a shame when a branch manager can help but refuses to do so. Sandra Brown branch manager
