I loved this store!!! They had everything that we needed at reasonable prices. The lady who took care of us, couldn't have been any nicer. She was so helpful. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but this store went above and beyond.

Very happy with the service. They are so nice, and so sweet with the dogs. They truly love interacting with our pets. They do an excellent job, everything I asked for was done and done well. My little best friend looked and smelled amazing. Looking forward to his next appointment.

I’ve come in twice and they claim I cancelled my appointment both times. I absolutely did NOT cancel my appointments. Go elsewhere to avoid the frustration of this place.

I normally don't have an issue here till recently. The manager randy is his name i believe (male with glasses and Grey hair and beard) doesn't know how to talk to women at all. Me and my husband went in for fish and he talked to my husband like a regular customer but as soon as I would speak or ask something I was treated like I was dumb. I did exactly as he said when setting up the tank and putting in fish yet ALL fish died in 24 hours so I called asking for the policy and was told to bring in the dead fish (which I couldn't as I had already got rid of them) or bring in my receipt. I brought in my receipt and pictures of the fish dead in the tank and was told I did wrong and if I had done what he said they wouldn't have died so I must have not listened to him exactly. He decided to refuse new fish and gave back my money. I then asked if they sold water polishers he asked why I was putting pillow filling in my tank.....I was told to look for said polisher by a professional at another store that ONLY sells fish yet he talked to me like I was dumb and swore I was putting pillow filling in my tank with my fish....i wont be back with him here

Overall it’s a great store. Absolutely zero “pet smell”, huge variety of food, toys, treats, cages, etc. *Most* of the pets have decent enclosures (for a pet store.) However there are some negatives. The birds could have more “entertainment” in there cages. My boyfriend and I seen 4 finches in 1 cage with nothing but a small perch. The two birds at the front of the store also needed more entertainment like swings and toys. The fish and reptiles had decent enclosures. BUT there were 6-8 rats in one cage and needed more bedding/hideouts.
Other rodents seemed to be living decent.
I feel as though the prices are high on certain things, such as cat furniture. Most things seem reasonable for the most part.
The biggest issue I had was the staff. There were 2 young guys, 1 gave my boyfriend and I a nasty look while looking at the birds. The other was on his phone everytime I seen him. He also seemed rude to a couple with there dog when he was cashing them out. Neither asked if us, nor anyone else needed assistance and seemed “annoyed” to be there.
Overall I would recommend this store.
