“I’ve been coming to this Big Lots since I was a kid with my parents. Overall atmosphere hasn’t changed so it’s nostalgic to me in a weird way. I’m able to find certain items here that I can’t find at the bigger stores, and a few items at cheaper prices than the big guys. However, I will say - remodel your bathrooms!!! They’re waaaaay past due for one. Nothing crazy. Nothing fancy. Just rip out that old, grimy urinal and dingy flooring. I avoid the bathroom when I’m at this store because it’s something that gives me anxiety. Lol. I don’t think they’re dirty - they just LOOK dirty.”

“Heads up, this place is an absolute mess.....but if you've got time to look around you may be lucky and find a great deal.Items are typically 50% (or more) off retail prices. They sell overstock from stores such as Target, Kohls and even Starbucks. The store carries toys, housewares, indoor and outdoor furniture, clothes, baby items, shoes, sporting goods and electronics.This past weekend I was able to find a lamp with a shade for $12, a Starbucks cold drink tumbler for $11, giftbags for 30cents each, drawer/cabinet pull knobs for 25 cents, and 2 pair of women's blue jeans for $3 each.****Be aware all sales are final! The only exception is electronics, the store will allow returns of electronics if returned within 7 days. I was told by an employee they encourage customers to open packages and examine products before purchasing. They've also allowed me to plug in electronics to test before buying.****”

“I love this dollar general store on 3rd avenue specifically due to the employees and managers...they seem to need more help but do an amazing job with trying keep things as stocked and in place as possible. They all are so nice to me and know me by this time and are helpful and great hard workers! Especially Sherri!”
