My family and I were traveling home from Holiday World when our vehicle started overheating. We were three and a half hours away from home and needed help. We called Denny's and Doug came to us at our location! Talk about customer service! He quickly found the issue which turned out to be a slow antifreeze leak. He filled the tank and put a new lid on it. Good as new! And he didn't charge us an arm and a leg!! We were able to get home without worry! People of Jasper, you are lucky to have Doug and the other folks from Denny's Auto Parts and Sales!

These guys really know their stuff and they don't take advantage of people who may not know much about vehicles. This review is long overdue, I grew up in the area and they are the family mechanic for anything we can't handle. They are affordable and treat you very well. Completely deserving of a 5 star rating.

Any time we've encountered an issue with our vehicles we've gone to Denny's, they do their absolute best to get you booked in as soon as possible, before doing any repairs, they always call and explain what they've found wrong, and give an estimate on parts and labor. We've never had a bad experience with them, nor have we encountered an outrageous unexpected bill for services and parts.

Crooks, called in because of a stuck emergency break cable and check engine light. The mechanic said that the fee would be $40 for the break lube and no fee for the reading since he was already fixing something. When he called and said the job was done I asked him what was the error, he said he never did the reading and we never talked about it. When I went to pick the car up he charged me $100 for the reading and tried to sell me major engine work (blown head gasket). He really tried to sell me hard too. 6 months later, the car runs great, no mixing or burning of fluids. I had a friend reset the code and it never came back.

Very rude! Didn't even bother making an appointment because as soon as I asked to make an appointment I was told that the number I called that they have listed online was NOT the number to call to make an appointment and to not call it again.
