I have never experienced anything like it. Called in to inquire why I was told they didn’t have the script when in fact they did have the order. The pharmacy tech was literally yelling in the background “give me the phone, I’ll talk to her, I’ll throw it away!” I heard it multiple times. I’m appalled.

I would give negative stars if I could with this pharmacy, the two female (Techs) are super rude, disrespectful and extremely unhelpful. I had Infulenza A and they absolutely refused to give me my antibiotics because they were sent to another pharmacy prior even after 2 attempts from the doctor. Recommend Sheldon's and Genoa depending on your health needs.

My 90 year old parents were afraid and in tears yesterday after returning from your store. The pharmacist is attacking the elderly every time. I run a predominant restaurant here in town. I shared my story with some other 12 people. They each had a negative past story. So none of the other local pharmcies in town offer Tri Care insurance. So the elderly is coming into CVS more often. So due to an angry pharmacist, this town is being abusive to the elderly. If this is not solved, I will not stop.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist is very rude. I had to have a prescription sent to this pharmacy because my regular pharmacy was out of stock. When I called to check and make sure it was ready. The pharmacist told me that my doctor accidentally sent it to the CVS in Jasper, TN instead of the CVS in Jasper IN. When I started to ask the pharmacist a question she seriously hung up on me. I'm glad I don't have to use this as my regular pharmacy, would not recommend to anyone. Got to the pharmacy, and they told me they would expedite it and it would take about 20 minutes so I waited un their waiting area just for them to call me back up after 20 minutes and tell me when they expedited it that It didn't take and I would have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. Ridiculous!!

3-3-2023Rebecca is a very rude and misleading person. We were directed at the drive thru window to wait 15 mins for our meds. We waited then got back in line. After a long wait at the window, she greeted us at the window with a very rude reaction. She rudely stated the medicine was not ready and it wasn’t until we asked her when it would be ready did she hastily respond with a response of 30-45 mins! There was no consideration given on her part for the inconvenience placed on us by their misleading fill time of our meds. There was no polite words or polite reactions from her.People like her do not need a position where she is responsible for communicating with people who are at most times ill and in need of their meds. She does not need to be in the position of communicating with people that are vulnerable due to illnesses and possibly in need of a bit of compassion. Rude people like her do not need to be in the position she’s in!

My wife went in at 8:04 at the Jasper CVS store!!!! Well my wife needed to load $150 on to her account to pay for her school loans which were due the next day. Well a gentleman named Colton who was the store manager- decided to close down the registers 2 hours early the store closes at 10 and the register for clothes at 10 p.m.!!!!:-( so she didn't get the money owner card so we're going to do about triple what we originally owed-thank you Colton- do you think about paying late fees.!! I pray and hope that you have better luck at your next job because this one is about to end. At least they if they have any sense they would walk you out the door. I have never had a good experience in Jasper CVS ever and I am a type 1 diabetic and would go in there every day- but they are so rude and so disrespectful and so mean and hateful- that I drive 7 miles further down the road to Huntingburg because Huntingburg has got their stuff together they're very nice. They have always treated me with respect and had my medication ready on time always had Smiles on their faces. We have never had a complaint from them ever and we have been going there for 6 months. So if I was you people I was just starting to Huntingburg CVS and definitely avoid a guy named Colton if he still works there. Not to mention that to other customers at the self-checkout walked out after they heard how my wife was treated

This place's reputation is going down the drain so hard that every time I've gone to the doctor even THEY'RE angry with CVS not answering their calls & refusing to get scripts ready. My doctor said "thank goodness" when she gave me a new medicine to start immediately & I told her to send it to WalMart instead. The last prescription I picked up there, I had first called the pharmacy OVER 20 times to see if it was ready since I live outside of town & all I got was endless ringing. I finally called the front of the store and asked them to connect me with pharmacy, just to be bluntly told "they won't answer you anyway". I went in the store & stood in a line full of equally frustrated people for over 45 minutes that moved so slow that someone's clearly sick child was able to fall asleep curled up on the floor for a few minutes. At the front of that line another woman was exasperated that her daughter's prescription that was called in the day before and still wasn't ready. All she said was "She *really* needs that medicine..." and a male pharmacist yelled at her from across the pharmacy that "we have over 1,000 prescriptions we're filling right now!" like it was HER fault it wasn't ready. Meanwhile 2 other pharmacists that were next to him, hands on their hips, smirked at the line and then all 3 went back to gossipping (I'm no genius, but 1,000 prescriptions + 3 pharmacists cosplaying Regina George & The Plastics = obviously the problem). For the customers that came through drive through during that time not a single one got their prescription. Not one. Every single customer were met with "you need to call your doctor". Even if they tried to talk to her further & explain what they were told already, she interrupted them - "call your doctor". It was to the point that some of the customers in the line were growing concerned ("This is the pharmacy closest to the emergency room..." "Hope they didn't just leave the hospital...") The ONLY person doing her job & doing it well was the woman who was checking the line out; you could tell she was uncomfortable with her coworkers & was super understanding of the frustration of these patients. By the time I got to the front of the line, after 45 minutes of absolutely NOTHING going correctly, I wasn't even shocked that my medicine wasn't ready yet. I switched to WalMart the next day & since then I haven't waited more than 10 minutes for a script, even on their busiest days, and any time there's been a hiccup they go into overdrive trying to correct it. I implore you to switch if you haven't already from this store in particular, especially if you or your family memebest are chronically ill, because honestly WHO KNOWS what life saving medication they'll be ignoring next during their water cooler convos.

Switch pharmacies months ago and they are still filling scripts. The tech's and the pharmacist dont talk to each to keep meds right. They dont leave notes stating what they have told me and dont want to do the work when it comes to new scripts for the same meds just how many times a day that med was being taken. They dont listen to customers when they tell them about the new script. Will never do business with them again

Went to pick up prescriptions which I had called in at 10am. I'm from out of state drove 45mins only to be denied half of my scripts. These were scripts my Doctor had phoned in. So walked in with blood pressure of 120 over 70, walked out 210 over 110. Had I'd known they were doctors I wouldn't have called mine. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
