Highly recommend! They provided professional, same day service. We purchased our home a few years ago and we were not sure where the clean out was, they assured us they would find it. When they arrived they were able to locate it under a bush in our landscaping and dig it out without disturbing the bush. When they left you couldn’t even tell they had been in that area. They charge a fair price, and gave an honest recommendation on when to have our type of pump serviced in the future. We will definitely be using them for future septic needs and recommending them to others.

Refreshing to hire a company run by friendly and honest people that actually know what they are doing. Jeff and his crew were knowledgeable and isolated my problem very quickly. Called their business and within two days were at my home inspecting septic tank.

I cannot express how great these guys were! I had roots clogging my sewer pipe and another company told me I had to replace the whole pipe and it would cost me over $14K ... Hopper came out with their tools and cleared the line then used camera to pinpoint the roots and another tool to cut away the roots and told me what to use to keep the roots from growing back. Everything is running smoothly now. Sooooo glad I called them!!!!Fyi my total was $500So I saved $13,504.16 per the quote from the big name companyThanks again guys!

They are totally awesome. They could have charged me for a new riser pump. However, instead they called an electrician they work with. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with them. I highly recommend them if you are in need of service

This guy is awful.He claims he has 42 years experience.He can't even identify a broken sewer line with his camera.Extremely unproffesional.Stay away,it's not worth it.

My septic failed and Hopper spent half a day digging in my back yard trying to find the drain pipe to connect to so I would not have to pay $10k for a new system. He was very kind and reassuring to my wife the whole time and would not give up. He finally found the pipe for my 100 year old home and fixed it that afternoon saving me well over $8k. I would recommend them to anyone with a septic system.
