Our salesman, Adam, spent a great deal of time with us when we were deciding on products to purchase. Justin did a great job hanging our custom drapes - making sure they were perfect. Dave did an awesome job installing our automatic roll down shade in the master bedroom.
Dave and Justin both installed our hurricane screens for the lanai and for the front door. Adam and his team demonstrate excellent customer service, responding to our calls immediately. Likewise, Morgan (scheduler) & Liz (customer service) worked really hard at guaranteeing customer satisfaction. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zingas simply based on quality of their products & customer service!

It is over (1) yr. that we have been dealing with this issue of the blind bunching up at the base molding. Three company people seen and agree the blind is blind was measured wrong. We offered to accept it with a discount. (Offer Was $100) YOUR JOKING RIGHT Just make a new one. Take the wrong one down when you put up the new one. ??? They threaten to take us to collections instead. Is this a reputable company I ask ???

Erica did a fantastic job of explaining the product and benefits of different options that they offer. Definitely recommend this company and if you can ask for Erica, she is not high-pressure and she explains the features and benefits of the different products they offer.

Stu came by today to see why my blinds weren't working. Even though he or his company didn't install it, he figured it out and have them both operating like new without suggesting I buy a new motor etc. He was awesome and a great guy that made this a painless experience. Highly recommend.

This is the worst company to work with - the head of Sales would Bless me at the end of email - while he lied to me. The installation and sales team were good - but their boss's were evil.
