AWESOME customer service! I took my Jeep in for window tenting and the service was professional, efficient, surprisingly affordable and quick. The manager notice that I needed some touch-up work and he took care of the details as well. The entire staff are truly AMAZING. I'm definitely a customer for life.

As with the majority of my reviews, I try to give details and background so if you’re reading this, you can understand my experience. If you’re not into details and you’re looking for a short review, then I’ll start with the conclusion: this Zeibart location is fantastically run and has a great staff, from the front to the back, that appear to genuinely care about the work they perform and treat your vehicle like it was their own. Exceptional experience and if you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly
Now for the details: I’ve had numerous cars in my lifetime many with different care packages either purchased from a dealership or directly from a “detailing shop”. This vehicle was purchased from a dealership gently used except some finish issues and per the course of the closing process with the F&I guy, the question always comes up about extended care, packages, and warranties. A couple things I sometimes add are the tire and wheel warranty as long as it’s negotiated a fair rate and also some type of exterior and interior and protection plan. This dealership uses Zeibart service. We negotiated the plan well after hours, and I’ll just put it simply that some of the details I thought were included in the transaction were not.
Fast forward about six months into ownership. I didn’t have any information about the aftercare package.. I called this Ziebart location and had an initial conversation with John the manager who’s been there for years. We discussed some challenges at the dealership, but he assured me that there was a new manager in place, and he would take care of me. That was a few months ago and life went on so I reached out a couple weeks ago to John and asked if the dealership manager was still there and he advised that a new one had already been put in place. His simple recommendation was for me to bring my car to him, and that he would take care of the rest and he certainly did.
I had an opening in my morning and so I stopped by to meet face-to-face. We talked over some of the challenges and he called over to the dealership directly. He had a conversation with the new manager and between the two of them they worked out the ability for me to have a loaner due to the challenges I already had prior and knowing that I’m an outside sales guy that relies on his vehicle.
John and I discussed the differences in the package I thought I received and what I actually purchased and then came up with a very fair solution, I took his advisement for some paint correction as well. Timing worked out that day so I left my car and he drove me personally to get the loaner.
They went to work on it right away and worked later into the evening and then all morning on the vehicle. Todd on the rust proofing I believe, Derek on the PPF and finally Kyle for the interior detailing and conditioning, The paint correction, And finally, the application of the ceramic.
When I returned to pick it up right at the end of a busy Friday, John stayed late just to make sure he could answer questions for me and make sure I was satisfied. The vehicle looked like what I envisioned it looked like when it was new. Simply phenomenal work.
Fast-forward a week and as we know, there were some significant rain, heat and humidity, and there were a couple areas of PPF that didn’t take well. One call of John was all it took… I brought it back up, waited a couple hours in the morning Derek tackled it again and it simply looks fantastic.
Bottom line again… I’m thrilled with my experience there and I know that they will back their work to make their customers happy. There were some areas in the paint that had some damage that they simply could not control, yet they did a phenomenal job and also managed my expectations and exceeded them.
I highly recommend John and his team. Kudos for a job well done and a lifelong customer earned.
