I do not recommend Ziebart on 6155 East 86th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. I brought in my 2023 Genesis GV70 — my retirement car — and take great pride in keeping it in pristine condition. After service, I discovered that my driver’s side protective floor mat was missing.
I immediately returned the next day to address the issue, but was told there was “no mat” in my car to begin with. That explanation makes no sense — who drives without a driver’s side floor mat, especially someone meticulous about their vehicle’s upkeep?
Unfortunately, there has been no resolution and no accountability. Management’s response was dismissive and dishonest. A little honesty and integrity would have gone a long way.

I had a remote car starter installed about 19 months ago in my vehicle (Toyota 2020) by Ziebart 6155 E 86 St. Within the first few months I started having issues. When I pushed the start button to start my vehicle, the car alarm would go off, and my vehicle wouldn't start. This did not happen all the time. The lights would flicker on and off on the inside of my vehicle when I went over a bump on the road. Sometimes the inside lights would not come on. One time after I started my vehicle with the remote the car would not turn off. I had them remove the remote months later.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent annual maintenance appointment, scheduled over a month ago, which included rust protection, paint protection, and fabric protection services.
The appointment was set for 08:00, and I dropped off my vehicle at 06:30. Upon checking in at 15:00, I was informed that only the paint protection had been completed, and I was asked to return at 17:00. I understand that high demand may cause delays, and I do not attribute this to any fault on Ziebart's part.
When I returned at 17:00, my vehicle was parked outside. After settling the payment, I inspected the vehicle and would like to share my observations, rated on a scale of 0 to 5 (5 being excellent):
Paint – I presume this was completed, as I have no means to verify otherwise.
Fabric/Seat – This service was not performed, as evidenced by visible dirt on the seat, which I had intentionally left as a marker.
– No vacuuming was done, as indicated by a small piece of paper left under the rubber mats, which would have been removed if vacuumed.
Mats/Carpet – Given the lack of vacuuming and fabric protection, I question whether this service was applied or done correctly.
Customer – I raised these concerns with the staff, and the issues were addressed promptly, with corrections completed in under 10 minutes. (which, in my opinion seems short to complete)
Additionally, I would like to note that during my first visit for rust protection, the service required two reapplications due to missed areas on the undercarriage, where the original paint was still visible. Of the three vehicles I own, two required multiple reapplications for the initial rust protection service.
To enhance the customer experience, I recommend implementing a dedicated quality control process to ensure all services are thoroughly completed before vehicles are returned to clients. This would help maintain the high standards of service Ziebart strives to achieve.

We worked with a gentleman named Ron who has always given us excellent service! My wife's car and my truck always gets excellent finish protection, smells so fresh and clean, and scheduling is always easy! We highly recommend Ziebart!!

Ziebart at castleton does exquisite work…had paint correction done with diamond gloss and now this 2018 es300 looks fresh off showroom with mirror glossy finish…helps that Billy is a car aficionado and recommended the paint correction which after having done so am very pleased and glad listened to his advice.
