If I could give no stars I would!!!! It’s two white women in there, one with a beard and another who is just sloppy from inside out check people in as they come but skip over the African Americans while continuing on to the whites. It happen 7/12/2024 at approximately 6:00-700pm. I will be contacting legal and suing the company because it took everything in me not to go off on them. It’s unprofessional and rude! I’ll never come back to this store ever!!! And will be canceling my services!!!! This location is trash!!! I knew it was gonna be a problem when I saw that lady had a beard smh

This location is an absolute joke. Every time I’ve gone in, they tell me they can’t do what I need and that I need to call a number or go online and EVERY TIME I end up having to go back into the store and all of a sudden they can magically fix it. This has happened on 5 occasions. This last time, I walked in only to have them tell me to call a number, I sat in the parking lot, called the number, and they told me that I needed to go to an in person location. So I went back in there and they said “I guess we can do it for you”. Once I work with someone they’ve always been respectful, but they don’t want to help you until you tell them you already tried to do it online/over the phone.

They started from 60$ for internet then kept increasing the deal eventually i agreed for their fastest internet plan for 120$ and then they started on asking money for their technician(just to check internet speed) who has to come but i have to pay 150$ separately . That’s where i lost it . No thank you. Worst experience , you should rather go to at&t or t mobile got way better deal. Employee was so unprofessional. She was frustrated cz i asked her if she could explain me different deals on internet they have.

I have been a customer of Xfinity for roughly nine years. About two months ago, I went through their chat to try to lower our outrageous bill. The only way I could do so was to get rid of a landline phone, convert its number to a moto g cell phone, (which I never wanted because we all have our own cell phones; at a better rate). I lost my Mother two weeks ago. I have important places to call where you often have to wait on hold. If you are on hold for about 30 minutes (Social Security), a cell phone will drop the call automatically. So, I needed my landline back. Nine days ago, I started with Xfinity on this. Simple concept: turn off the moto g and put that number back to a landline. Agent was able to set things up where our bill did not go up at all...hmm. However, it's been nine days, and I still do not have a working landline. I probably lost the number I had to it originally, which I have had ever since becoming a customer of theirs. They finally, after four days, shut the moto g cell phone off. However, they never did the landline phone. Every time I contact an agent, I'm told they are working on it from the "backend," and I will have a working landline in 24-48 hours. Like I said, nine days and still no working landline. Oh, and they also like to bounce you around without warning to another agent. So, you get to play musical agents with them. Disgusting.UPDATE 5/7/24:After posting my initial review, Xfinity did reach out to me with a link to assist in the landline phone debacle. Shout out to Thomas A and Frank who both assisted in getting the situation fixed, and a landline WITH my old number working! Thank you both so much for your help!

Once a month they fail, no service, and calling them is deliberately difficult. If you don't get disconnected then you get a very poor connection and can only get/hear every other word. Plan to spend at least an hour on the phone and an additional three hours waiting for a service person.

Price is increased regularly without any possible recourse. They then send the over inflated bill to collections. Comcast is a thief plain and simple.

I have been terrible disappointed in the service of Comcas, now Xfinity, in the past. Few stores, far away, long lines, industrial look, but things have changed. The lines are gone, and the service is great. I was there twice this week and received help immediately when walking in. The staff were super nice and helpful, knowledgeable as well. The store is clean, modern, and welcoming. A total change for the better.

Xfinity as a company have the worst customer service! They have a monopoly on the NW side of our town & you must use their services. I would otherwise drop them. They’re overpriced, service is fair, I’ve had so many issues with them & their service. I’m thinking about starting a class action against them. Our issues will continue to go unresolved until we stand up to this giant!
