I have lived here for 7.5 yrs and it's not bad. The new maintenance staff is getting better with response times. My rent only increased twice before I transferred to a bigger apt in November. I only had an issue with a manager once a few yrs ago but he wasn't there long. My only complaint right now is 1 of my neighbors are very loud and they have no regard for anyone else when playing music. It has been brought to their attention. 1 of my downstairs neighbors just let their dogs roam inside the hall unsupervised until they start whining. I'll be probably be here until I buy a house. I've never had a roach problem & only had ants once in my old unit maybe year 3 & they had an exterminator out fast.UPDATE April 2023: I've now been in this complex almost 11.5 yrs. I'm not really feeling these increases the last couple years but they're more affordable than pretty much anywhere else.

This is a horrible place to live. Office staff talk to you disrespectfully. They get in people’s personal business. The cover mold up with spray paint. They have bugs. They need new management in the office and new staff.

These apartments were very peaceful when I moved in 11 years ago and now they are becoming horrible. My unit was filled with elders like myself and calm. I’ve reported to the office about the constant noise in the unit and they gave me a security number to call. With Covid being in play, the security hasn’t patrolled to warn or cite. With the noise, my age, and working 3rd shift, this is not pleasant.

There were roaches all over my apartment when I first moved in and the front desk people are hands down the worst. I’ve never written a bad review about anything until this. Security kicked my son out of his hammock just for enjoying himself. Maintenance refused to fix my door. Front desk lady was so rude no matter what.

I'm currently a resident at willow glen east there isn't much wrong with units so far in my experience but the unit is poorly insulated not sure if it's just the unit im currently in or each unit is the same maintenance are very good workers respond very quickly if something is needed to be fixed also something to think about, these units have in unit hook ups for washer and dryer which is lovely but closet isn't very big plus closet doors doesn't help we moved in with newer washer and dryer which are to big for closet so we actually have to use the onsite laundry mat here until we are able to buy smaller units to fit sooo

Been living here for 6 years now. At first, it seemed perfect. Grounds are always cut and looking good. Staff used to b great. Now they got this new lady n there and this place has been going downhill for the last 3 yrs. Maintenance take about 2 months and the show up don't announce themselves after they've let themselves into ur apt. And they RAISE the rent EVERY year when u renew ur lease. Ants are horrible n the summer. Kids from other places come play n ur unlocked hallways and even throw rocks n the halls. It's officially the ghetto but with high rent prices. They even charge u for a security alarm that ISN'T connected to the police. Pool is ALWAYS closed during the past 2 summers. They just don't want good tenants to stay here. Not when they raise the rent every year. I'm done!! Moving when my lease is over and i can't wait.
