I had the pleasure of having a bridal makeup consultation with Ashlee. She was very nice and skilled. I think it’s also important to note that her services for hair & makeup are dramatically less expensive than the prices I’ve seen from multiple other artists. Grace provided concierge-level service and an amazing cut. She is an absolute joy to have as a stylist! I love the space - warm, inviting and stylish. They have a full list of beverage offerings, too, which was so fun and much appreciated!

Booked a Groupon with Ashlee Addison months in advance for my daughter to do highlights, haircut, and style when she came back from school. After booking an appointment she showed up with plenty of time before and waited 30 minutes with no one to check her in. She finally texted Ashlee asking whether or not she was ready for her and she proceeded to call my daughter and tell her she had her down for tomorrow even though she had texted confirming that day several times. My daughter rebooked and appointment and then hours before she said she was overbooked and said she had to move her appointment AGAIN. After giving her days of availability the next week she could not find a time to put her down for an appointment and recommended she refund her Groupon and not book with her. I strongly do not recommend her as she has no regard for her clients time and effort especially when they fit her into their busy schedule.

I hadn’t had my hair done since before covid. I fell into a nasty depression and finally pulling myself out of it. Feeling good about caring about myself again. I saved up money to get my hair done bc I just wanted to feel pretty again… I cried for days, and I paid over $200 for it. I asked for Carmel balayage.. something more natural. It’s fine I didn’t get what I asked for, but she butchered my hair. Now I have to wait and save up money again to find someone to fix it. I don’t make a lot of money, so this was my “feel pretty” for the year. I guess I asked for too much.Service: Balayage

Cancelled my appointment 3 times in a row which is extremely unprofessional . Each time I was understanding, but she would say sorry I can do it tomorrow instead and then would cancel the morning of every time. Do not recommend
