The cashier was incredibly rude. I'm recovering from surgery and still somewhat out of it, she wasn't helpful at all. Instead of being at the normal cash register, she was at the photo center, and treated me like I was stupid when I didn't know to go there instead. Nobody helped me even though I repeatedly asked. Horrible customer service and so so rude.

Extremely rude staff! I was calling to see if they had a certain product in stock before driving the 20 minutes there. They answered the phone, repeated my question I asked them and when they couldn't answer it, they hung up. I called back thinking it was an accident and the same thing happened. I called again and they wouldn't even answer, the instead picked up the phone and put me on hold, they did this about 3 more times before the manager had answered the phone. He answered my question but wouldn't give me the employees names who were being extremely rude to me, as I could hear all of them laughing in the background. Will be calling corporate, it's completely unacceptable! It is there job to do this!

As always I love going into this Walgreens because it's so clean and the service is always nice and pleasant!! I had just left my daughters softball game and needed to grab a few items. Rather than going to Walmart -Walgreens was a lot closer and I was able to get in and out. Didn't grab the cashiers name but she was extremely nice and friendly. I most definitely will be back!! Thank you Walgreens

Worst Service in decades. My Partner has expressive aphasia. We have been going to this pharmacy for years. Pharmacist Audra had to answer the phone when I called to make sure all prescriptions were ready and what the cost of the prescriptions were. Did not ask if my partner was with me or any other questions at that time. Michelle, the rudest pharmacy tech, in the business, asked my name. I gave it. She asked for a Power of Attorney. Since when is that necessary I asked? It is not necessary. So why ask for it. I then asked to speak to the pharmacist again and she said Michelle was following her instructions So really this dynamic duo should have to go back to Gotham and be retrained on when you should request legal documentation. I would like to know what prompted this exchange. Oh wait, I know. They had to answer the phone This was a wonderful pharmacy at one time. Audra and Michelle are not the rule here. They however are always 1 star. Walgreens should consider a change in personal

It's your basic Walgreens just staff that seem very very unhappy. I hate to say issues are because of a area something is located but this area has a whole just has bad service.
