I give it one star, I don't give it 0 stars because the system doesn't allow me to.! I took my dog, the attention was terrible, they didn't even treat her in the office...the Hispanic women who treated me touched my dog with disgust and she is just a puppy at her first medical check-up!

I love this place. So many abandoned and abused pets where I live. I've taken in more than my share and this place let allows me to get them proper care.

What a great place, wonderful and smart people that have hearts of gold. They are very compassionate and understanding. My dogs have a lot of fun meeting new doggie friends and getting the help they need .

This place needs a ZERO STAR! The overall experience was HORRIBLE. The outside waiting in line is RIDICULOUS. The check-in process with the staff was LONG & RUDE. The wait for the SO CALLED Veterinary was EXCESSIVE, my time wasn’t VALUED. The Vet Dr. DID NOT check/examine my dog AT ALL. I had to RE-EXPLAIN the same information I had already give two other people. He left the room to only return with a list of meds with additional costs. He DID NOT diagnose my dog with a specific issue. Therefore how can you recommend medications. You can’t and shouldn’t just to RIP CUSTOMERS OFF! ***AVOID THIS BUSINESS***

This place is great. The people are friendly and helpful. They have to deal with a lot of idiots during the day but they smile and trudge through it.
Yes you have to wait but that's the price you pay for the low-cost service they provide. You can tell the people there are animal lovers. Keep up the great work.

West wasn't in there long as they couldn't take really critical pets. So they directed us to Noah's animal hospital on the west side that helped

Since it's been a couple years things have certainly changed for the better
Staff is wonderful and you can tell they actually care
It's very reasonably priced as well
Go here first before you go somewhere else it could save you hundreds

Took my mini dachshund in to get checked shots and deposit for spay. The vet told me that he wanted my dog to lose weight before he's willing to spay her. I've had 2 other vets tell me they spay fat dogs all the time, so I'm so confused on that part. I also took her in for him to look at her tooth. No where in her chart does it say anything about her messed up canine tooth, they have too many people to see to care, I guess. Not a fan of the FACT I have money on my account and no longer want to use them as a vet service they say they need the exact card you paid with, okay well mine got stolen it goes to the same account the numbers just off. Irritating when I go in to get the refund and they can't do it, "management" has to approve it and will get to it sometime today. When management called, they explained in the voicemail that since the surgery deposite was $50, even though I overpaid on my account, they can only give me $50 of the $60 sitting there. So I'm confused as to why I can't just get it off the account was it no their to use. Don't expect a refund if you extra pay, that's all I'm saying. I'm just gonna go down there again and just wait for "management" to approve it right there and then so everyone's time can stop being wasted. They are one of the cheapest vets in indy though so if you're willing to put up with some bs, this is your place to go.
