The owner/Veterinarian is extremely passionate, kind, and friendly. I would love to see more efficiency and updated business systems like online scheduling, updates and records with reminders.

Took my cat here after my original vet was less than helpful regarding his state and suggested I consider putting him down. Not only did Dr. Dallas tend to his immediate needs, she gave me long term solutions to manage his conditions. He’s back to normal and despite being 13 hasn’t acted this young in months. Thank you for giving me more time with my old kitty.

I love these guys! Great staff, love Dr. Dallas. I trust them. Reasonable prices. They finally let people inside the building, yay! The only bummer is they charge a $50 prescription fee. So you basically have to use their pharmacy or end to paying more.

Dr. Dallas is the best vet in the world. I wish she could be cloned. I live in Chicago and been to numerous veterinarians but there is none in comparison when it comes to knowledge and caring. It is so sad when it comes to expertise in caring for my fur babies, she is the only vet that can look at my babies and tell me what is wrong when everyone else can't seen to pinpoint the problem. I wish there were a million of her. Good job Dr. Dallas. Thanks for taking care of T-girls and my furry kids for over 30 yrs. Much love ❤️ .

Dr. Dallas is amazing. The individual attention to your pet is far better than one could hope for at a corporate veterinarian hospital. They are reasonably priced and affordable for just about anyone

Took our Rottweiler, Tiny, to West 56th Vet Hospital due to her limping. They were able to see us right away, the prices were reasonable, Staff was friendly + straight to the point, and the advice given has our girl feeling a lot better. Will continue to use them for our babies. ?

I don't know what services these people writing these reviews are getting, but my dog has seen this vet twice in 3 months for vaccines, a nail trim, a discovered ear infection twice and an allergy shot after which she told me to just give him benadryl.Over $600 in fees that she hits me with between the 2 visits after services rendered. Plus I am to bring him back in 2 more weeks for another ear treatment, instead of issuing a prescription for his ears but sends a script home for acne. The icing on the cake is that because I wanted to purchase flea, tick and heartworm from Chewy, for her to sign off for the prescription it would be $55 fee every year or I can buy them from her at near twice the cost with no fee.I'll just go back to my old vet who is a little further away but always prices fair and still thorough and signs scripts to Chewy at no additional cost.

I took my 17 year old cat, Oreo to the W. 56th St. clinic today. I knew he needed to be seen right away and I was not able to get him in anywhere except maybe an emergency clinic which charges a lot more than a vet visit. They squeezed me in at the last minute and took very good care of Oreo. I was afraid because of his age and his wound that I might have to put him down. Dr. Dallas was so thorough and caring and understanding. He needed an antibiotic and some pain medicine , and now he is on the mend and I get to keep him for longer still. I cannot express how grateful I am that they got us in and what great care they took of Oreo. The pricing was beyond reasonable. I have taken another cat to an emergency clinic And they talked me into $600 worth of care that didn’t work. I figured she should have put down at that time but they really pushed treatment. She was again sick one month later and I took her to my regular vet and he told me she’s tired and old and in pain and needs to be let go. Why the emergency clinic didn’t tell me that Makes me think that they were only caring about money and not my pet. I highly recommend Dr. Dallas and her staff at W. 56th St. veterinarian clinic.

Incredibly nice people but that's just to cover up for the scams they run on their customers. I brought in my cat for a check up which would be $55 and by the end had all of these hidden fees. They told me they were going to sample my cat and run it under a microscope without letting me know that it was an extra fee. It was almost the same amount as the check up fee. She also lied and told me that she would charge me for the rabies shot under the office visit fee but instead charged me the rabies fee and not the office fee which was $40 more. I won't be bringing any of my pets back here and suggest no one else bring theirs here either unless they like being lied to. Just wrong.

I'm so grateful to have found such a caring veterinarian staff! I'd taken my dog to our previous vet twice for broken nails. Both times, they just cut the broken nail to the nub and butchered the rest. Both visits cost a small fortune and therw was never any attempt to examine my dog to find the underlying issue of why he was suddenly having so much trouble with his nails. They were literally falling off. I took him to West 56th Street today and Dr. Dallas and her staff knew what the issue was right away. In one visit she was able to fix up his damaged nails, diagnose the issue and educate us on his condition, and prescribe treatment. This team is awesome and truly care about your fur babies!

Very reasonable prices and very kind employees–Dr. Dallas is awesome–but their wait times are a bit crazy. I usually wait 30-60 minutes after our scheduled time slot for them to see my cat. Again, very kind staff but I’d love a bit more planning and communication when it comes to waiting times.

This place has gone downhill since the pandemic Was told to stay in car and not allowing public to come inside with their dog. Then a group of students pull up from Purdue and are allowed in. They are public just as I am. Just because they are aspiring to be veterinarians doesn't make them any less "public". Had to move on because of this covid policy which only applies to customers not public as told.

Just stopped in to get a feral cat checked for a microchip, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and even provided us with some materials to help find the cat's owner and get her assistance.
