Please put the actual time and date it closes! We drove almost two hours after calling and the people were just smiling telling us it's no good to come and stop or look. Small place not much too, as there still pumpkins everywhere at that matter and we had to leave. We were all pretty disappointed.

We went with 3+ recommendations and had a really awesome day. The employees were helpful and pleasant, there was so much to do!

I would not recommend anyone to come here. It was unnecessarily expensive for what it was. It was a very mediocre experience, and I'm pretty sure the pumpkins were not even grown on the field that they had them on. The petting zoo was downright sad, especially the bird exhibit and the baby animal area. The animals were visibly quite stressed.

I would give it 4 stars but the lady with the tractor who gives you the tour of the pumpkins ? has a very bad attitude and will make the Ispanians ugly with contempt that they should not allow a person like that to work there.

After the ridiculous $15 entry fee for Children 5 YEARS OLD and up, Not including any of the little extra stations for children to enjoy. The icing on the cake was the absolute worst nasty rude staff you have working. This is supposed to be a memorable outing for children. I am disappointed in the snarky man at the pony rides, the woman working on the hayride, and the second man walking around trying to sell Dogs to customers. We spent over $200 yesterday 2 adults 1 Toddler. and the only reason you get two stars were for the ONLY 2 employees working the ticket box and the young girl working the rock climbing wall. Shame on everyone else. If you're going to charge this much teach your employees respect and how to talk to people. Gross.

First off the price is outrageous just to get in. If you have a bigger family go to Anderson or Appleworks, cheaper.
Then everything was old and dirty, the animals were visibly stressed out and didn't seem like they were being fed well. Everything food wise was closed, you could get soda or a walking taco and that's it. The store was extremely lackluster with nothing made fresh.
The entire staff need to learn about customer service. It's not what they're saying it's HOW they are saying it. I get it, elbows need to be inside for liability issues, however, a please and thank you goes a long way.
The lady on the hay ride chain smoked next to multiple kids and babies and threw her cigarettes right into the fields when there was a trach can next to her. The owner cussed out some guy that wanted to put his elbows out. If you have an issue with someone do NOT cuss in front of kids, pull them to the side and stop acting like a dang child. 3 adults couldn't politely talk to each other to resolve issues. I had a 1 year old, 5 year old, and a 13 year old with me. It's not cool to act like that in front of them.
Train you're staff, keep your farm clean.

I frequently went to Watermans as a child. I've been talking about going for years. Today my husband and I finally went. It was definitely lackluster. $15 a piece was a lot for what was offered in comparison to other local farms. As two adults it was definitely not worth it. What is included in the cost seems to be a couple playgrounds (that are worn out), a corn walk (not really a true maze), a hay ride (only really okay thing), and some other random small kids activities.
A highlight of my childhood was the pumpkin smashing dinosaur. They still do intermittent shows, but they are very short and lackluster. The food prices were really high and the food did not look great. The rest of the grounds were pretty dirty and worn down. There are stacks of garbage and discarded equipment all along the edges of the property. It has definitely seen better days. If the price was lower I would feel different but for $15 and adult they could absolutely do better. I'd love to see some improvements so Watermans can be a place I enjoy again.
