“I was walking thru the mall the other day with a friend, and we passed by Zales across from Rogers & Hollands, and I saw a watch that caught my eye. The people were busy, and instead of showing me any interest or greeting me or telling me they'd be with me shortly, they ignored me at Zales. I walked away after 15 minutes. Right across from Zales, however, was this awesome business. They had the same watch I liked, and the manager was busy with someone else and still showed me regard and then promptly got with me. He was informative, helpful, and relatable. He also gave me a better deal than what Zales had on the tag and fit my watch for me.
