I had picked them for my dentures because my initial evaluation done by Dr Church made me feel very comfortable going with them to have my dentures done the day of my procedure to have the remaining teeth pulled went well very painless but from that point on everything went downhill I was approved for permanent dentures but received immediate instead was sent home with dentures and vague instructions with appointment for next day to check if needed to have aligned sent home no instructions on what to do anyway have dentures that don’t fit can’t eat with them keep slipping out can’t use them full day very dissatisfied. Have never gotten a response to this I see you only respond to the ones that give you a good review

Dr. Church and his staff are always professional, courteous, and caring. Getting a much needed appointment for tooth pain was quick as I was worked in the same day. The wait time to be seen is always minimal. My treatment plan for maintaining good oral health was developed with me for future phase appointments according to my schedule and the best timeline for care. Washington Street Dentistry and Dr. Church have restored my faith in the dental industry.

Wonderful dentist & staff. Never have to wait when have an appointment. Dr Church is wonderful & my hygienist, Sharon is awesome. Can’t say enough about how wonderful they are.

I was totally impressed when I went for my first appointment at Washington Steet Dental. I have to say it has went downhill since then. My appointment was on November 29. I received an approval letter from my insurance company dated 12/23/23. I have called five times trying to find out what the hold up is but I just get the run around. Today I spoke to a supervisor supposedly. She told me I was only approved for top denture not bottom but my letter says both approved. She stated I would have to pay for bottom. I don’t understand why I would have a letter of approval but they can’t seem to get a letter. I don’t think I should have to keep calling trying to get this resolved. Today I just told them I would go elsewhere since they couldn’t figure it out. Real shame since I was so impressed with the facility and dentist. Someone dropped the ball

The front desk is friendly and very helpful for scheduling appointments and letting you know up front if there are any out of pocket expenses prior to dental work. Dr. Church and his dental assistants are caring people - good people. They try to ensure the best comfortable dental experience. Dr. Church is warm and caring. He always greets me with a smile and a handshake. He wants to know how I'm doing. He helps me make best decisions on all of my dental needs. I truly like this office and I thank Dr. Church and his entire staff.
