I called for a tow on a busy afternoon. They had a driver to me within 30 minutes. The driver was professional, loaded my vehicle securely on a flat-bed truck, and took it straight to my mechanic. I paid via card, gave a cash tip and went on with my life. They made a stressful situation easy and so much less stressful. Thanks so much!

These guys are awesome. I had three circumstances requiring a tow almost immediately after i got AAA. i had Ron (SO cute!) and Oz (super funny). The other tow came as a pair, and they were good friendly guys also. Honestly the experience i've had with ward's towing has been great this year.several years back i had them tow my Cadillac suv, and the guy somehow hooked on to my tie rod. after taking pictures and sorting it out with the manager, they decided to reimburse me for the repair. turns out, that engine was siezed and it was moot altogether, but it was nice to see a company take responsibility as issues do in fact arise.i have nothin but good to say about ward's towing.

Time of arrival was 30 minutes. He came within 5 minutes, had me at my destination and unhooked within 30 minutes. Very professional driver

Oz showed up earlier than expected. He loaded the truck quickly and efficiently. Kept a good conversation the entire trip to the dealership. Would recommend to anyone!

I was having trouble with the first technician my rental company sent out because even after changing the battery my car would not start. Then, Anthony P #16 came out to tow and fixed the problem right away out of curiosity. Literally the kindest man even when he was reprimanded for helping me, strangely enough. I wish there was a way I could thank him again. Mr. Ward, keep people like him on your team please
