Not a bad place, but the staff need to pay more attention instead of to each other and their phones. The pharmacy was fast and helpful.

Would give this zero stars if I could. Just had the most strange, alienating shopping experience of my life.
The greeter was staring dead-eyed, slack-jawed into the distance and didn't acknowledge when we waved. That's not an issue of course, but a clearly tweaking out employee is an inauspicious beginning to be sure.
The alarm that sounds when a tagged item leaves the building went off every three minutes (not exaggerating).
Purchased some wine. Had to wait several minutes for an employee to check my ID, even though two were standing chatting less than 10 feet away. The first employee got halfway through the process before something went wrong and they had to grab a co-worker for assistance. Another several minute wait. Second co-worker toddles over slowly, mumbling incoherently. Says we must move to a separate register. No big deal.
The employee proceeds to KICK THE PERSON NEXT TO US OFF OF THEIR REGISTER in order to scan our wine. He was mid-purchase and stood dumbfounded as we apologized and the employee continued.
Moved to a third register for some reason?? Third employee steps in to help? Doesn't even check my ID even though I am very obviously under 40 and just scans me through.
Meanwhile a man is being chased for stealing $8 of groceries and I can audibly hear the employees arguing whether or not he actually paid for it.
Overall a very silly experience. I've never had a Walmart feel "hostile" before, but this definitely was.

They are remodeling. They have cut back on products they carried before & they have only 3 regular checkout lanes but they were closed & will probably get rid of those using the excuse that nobody uses them. ( Which they can't if they are not open). They put in u- scans and of course they were all open. Be careful in the entrance & parking lot! They have huge chuck holes that will bust your tires & can do damage to your vehicle.
