I usually have a quick in-store experience. However, I recently requested a refill as I ran out of my medication, and never heard any confirmation from the pharmacy. When I called to check a couple days later, they were holding it because of the price, but had made no effort to contact me. I understand they are busy, but withdrawal from many medications are dangerous.

Dr. Nowell always is quick and he and his staff have a positive demeanor. They always take care of me and I've had a few pharmacists.

They are slow as molasses. My prescription was called in, and I drove across town and the prescription still wasn't ready.

i knew i should have walked out when the girl at the counter was on a personal phone call for 10 minutes regarding her schedule. the manager came by and did something on the computer while a 3rd employee talked to them both. they all 3 walked away. a few minutes later the girl said someone was coming over to help me. i gave it a few more minutes then started to leave but finally she waived me over then grabbed the manager to do whatever paperwork was required for an oil change. i was told it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours before they could get to my car. i agreed, gave them my keys and came back 3 hours later. 15 minutes later they informed me they couldn't change my oil because they had no filter. im pretty sure im going to return a laptop i bought there a few weeks ago out of spite now.

make sure to check that your items were not opened by someone else and put back on the shelf. apparently no employees noticed half a jar of macadamia nuts being eaten in the freaking open aisle!! this store is straight shite

They don't even have one overall Walmart To review on here for this location so I'm posting this on the pharmacy page... this Walmart has 16 plus lanes and ALWAYS has like 4 or 5 open. With that alone I'm giving this place a crappy review. Not once, not twice but EVERY TIME I COME HERE. Come on management. Get this fixed.

I've been calling all day long to get a hold of someone in the service desk. Each time I called I got hung up on! I called the Pharmacy Dept someone picked up and told me not to call the Pharmacy dept unless I needed something from the Pharmacy dept! This is not howWalmart should run their business. I will make sure to shop somewhere else!!

I'm a type 1 Diabetic, and like an idiot I thought I had more insulin than I did in the fridge. I've had Diabetes 23 years, but I am human and things have been hectic recently, so I thought I could just refill my script no problem. Oh, was I wrong. I call the walmart pharmacy and ask if I can refill my insulin, and they inform me "oh yeah, just bring in your insurance card, no problem". So, I drive all the way from 46th st to Walmart for the guy at the counter to tell me "Your doctor didn't give a specific amount of insulin, so to protect ourselves we can't fill it. We've called your doctor 3 times and then gave up" Meanwhile, I'm completely out of insulin. Yeah, I get it, but they've never heard of a sliding scale for insulin before? Completely incompetent. I'm glad my life means less to you than maybe getting in trouble for my doctor "prescribing too much" (which has never happened to me btw) So i ask them to transfer my script to my local cvs, I get to my cvs and guess what! They didn't call. Unlike my walmart pharmacy experience, the pharmacist at cvs was competent, empathetic, and when I told him they outright refused to fill my script said "as long as you know how to take your meds, that's all we're worried about". Which is how it should be. I have never in my 27 years been refused my insulin refill because of someone's incompetence. Will never go back to that pharmacy, and I suggest no one else does either.

I am very satisfied with this Walmart, I have never had a problem here. The check out time is pretty average and the bag checkers on the way out are friendly. I will rather shop here than the one on E. Washington.
