Customer service has gone downhill. The pharmacy is ridiculous. I cannot ever get my prescriptions in a timely manner. So very rude, including the pharmacist.

If you need meds asap find another pharmacy. This pharmacy has went downhill this past year. They never have common meds in stock and are always delayed at filling prescriptions. All the Walgreens in the surrounding areas are just as bad. I recommend finding an entirely different pharmacy.

I suggest that if you have an important prescription and you don’t have to go to this pharmacy, you should stay far away. I had a very bad experience with them when I tried to get my wife’s inhaler. She takes Brio for her asthma and she has been without it for two weeks now.The main problem is that they never have her medication in stock. Every time I go there to pick it up, they tell me that it will be in on Monday. But when I come back on Monday, they say the same thing. It seems like they don’t care about their customers’ health or needs.Another issue is that their service is very slow and rude. I have to wait a very long time when I call them or go through the drive-through. The people who work in the pharmacy seem to be extremely aloof and nonchalant about my issues. They don’t apologize or offer any solutions. They just shrug and say that they can’t do anything about it.In conclusion, I am very dissatisfied with this pharmacy and I do not recommend it to anyone. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. I hope they improve their service and inventory soon, or else they will lose more customers like me.

Worst customer service for a pharmacy in the city. Avoid at all costs. Prescriptions are always delayed and nobody ever answers a call.

Do not use this pharmacy. I have had prescriptions in for 2.5 days. I was told twice it would be ready by a specific time that day and it is still not ready and I’m told to come back tomorrow. If you have any medication you need immediately chose a different pharmacy.

I went here the other day for 2 vaccines that I had scheduled online. They ask you to check in 15 minutes before your appointment, and there's no way to check in through your phone, so you have no choice but to stand in line. There was one person ahead of me and service was incredibly slow. I must've been standing there in the line waiting to check in for at least 10 minutes. The gentleman that gave me my shot was robotic and not the friendliest. They are also supposed to advise you to wait 15 minutes after getting your shots before you leave the store, but he didn't. I get that there were only 2 pharmacists, but protocol is protocol to ensure the safety of your customers. Not like we bring them business or anything. A lot of apathy here at this location. I only chose it because CVS doesn't have free shots/take my insurance, and for the change of scenery. Although the injections went smoothly, I think this will be my first and only time visiting this location for a vaccine. Got two $10 dollar coupons out of it though, which was about the most positive part of the whole experience.

The service at the pharmacy is not good at all, even the pharmacist is rude. I don't know if this is a Walgreen's issue because my parents get their prescriptions at another Walgreen's and it is always an unpleasant experience there as well. Customers make a business, please realize that - I have since had ALL of my prescriptions transferred out to a pharmacy that cares about their customers.

Love this pharmacy. Yes they're slammed busy, so is every retail pharm in America. But this pharmacy treats me like a human. As a caregiver for others, they do their best to get stuff filled when I call ahead so I can pick up the person's stuff. I've called numerous times asking which OTC is right for my sick kiddo with his other conditions or meds and they're always so kind and walk me through finding the right fit so he heals comfortably.

Incredibly rude team. They don't keep their price tags up to date. The lady we mentioned this to when buying product didn't care or bother to fix the issue. The other lady running the pharmacy wasn't helpful with filling prescription or providing any guidance.

Tried to return phone call from this pharmacy. Each time, I was placed on hold between 10-20 minutes and then disconnected.

Slowest Pharmacy in central Indiana. I’ve literally been sitting here for over 40 minutes to pick up ONE medication. Absolutely ridiculous. Then to find out the medication for my four-year-old was not flavored and had to wait even longer.

If it's so hard to be open 7 days a week as advertised. Pick a day or 2 to be closed every week so we don't have to go out of our way to go to the pharmacy and find out the pharmacy is closed.

Awful! Simply awful! The Pharmacist on duty at 2:50pm on 5/29/22 doesn't have a clue about the difference between an adult COVID vaccine and pediatric vaccine. I made an appointment, drove many miles from my home and they are out of Pediatric vaccines. Then he tried to convince me that my 11 year old son qualified for the adult vaccine! Seriously lost all of my faith in Walgreens at this point.

Staff is rude and if you are calling to see if your Rx are ready for pick up. Plan to wait for 2 hrs on the line. Unless you get on their website which asks a bunch of invasive questions. No Thanks!
