My experience is like everyone elses here. Something needs to be done about this company trying to rip people off. I am going to find out who to talk to because I was billed $350 after returning the machine after 2 days. My son never used it for his shoulder, never saw the benefit of it.

They said the 7 day rental was $25/day or $175. The machine was shabby and old but it did work. They didn't pick it up when they were suppose to. In the end, they billed my insurance company 3 different bills for a total of $5050.00. Oddly enough, my insurance paid all 3 bills which appeared to be for 3 separate machines a total of $2775.20 even after I told them that 2 of the claims were not valid.Then I get a bill from them for $200.00.I will not use them again.

Very deceptive at worst or stupid at best. They claim to have gotten pre-approval from my insurance but it turns out they are out of network. Then they charged me the purchase price of equipment that should have been a 1 month rental. ($9,000). Then they do a write off adjustment to $800 (nice, doing me a favor) but it turns out they double charged me for one of the devices under another line item during the surgery. Their business only shows up on a google search as out of business in Texas and the address they show in Indiana is in the suite next to Lantz Medical. Looks like a very shady company that is over charging consumers through medical referrals. Buyer beware.

Billing me for $6,900 for equipment I used after knee surgery for 3 days!! The machine is worth that? I didnt even keep the thing! I have insurance, so reading previous comments ... I'm assuming they messed up my claim. Hope to get this solved! As you can bc tell...I'm unhappy and disappointed. I would never recommend them.

I had to have 2 machines replaced the last one only lasted 3 days. I contacted the company using 2 different numbers. This was 8am Saturday morning and got a call back late Monday morning and all the person was worried about is how I got his number. He let me know I only had a few days left any way so he would have it picked up. No sorry for inconvenience or offer for credit. I lost a total of 5 days of use and no credit issued. Horrible customer service. I hope this gets to Doctors and things change for the next customer

Zero stars. Currently have faulty equipment. Multiple calls and voicemails trying to get a response for service or replacement. Recoveriy is being negatively impacted by their incompetence.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy! I had hip surgery and they wanted me to carry 50 pounds of equipment up four flights of stares on crutches because they forgot to pick it up! The reps are rude and useless, they reschedule four times to pick it up and never showed up. When I called the lady said I either bring it when I'm healthy or now depending on what I want to be charged.

Disorganized process. The rep said they would try to milk my insurance and "get as much out of them as possible." No website and difficult to make a payment. The billing and payment system is a mess.
