I had forgotten the girl’s name who served me last, but the receptionist found her in Vogue’s records. Her name was Liz. She did abstract art before. This time, we did the new chrome look in a pretty sage green. I tip well. Liz was happy to also get a special bottled water I brought for her.
They did not have time to do a manicure with buff shine….but, to my surprise, Liz set me up with another young lady who did a remarkably great manicure. I was tickled pink! So I tipped her very well. She looked pleased.
I will go back and request them again, but I saw a lady there who has pleased me before as well. I am impressed with the choices. Lots of quality choices. Lots of happy faces at Vogue.

I have given this place way too many chances because it is conveniently located to my house, but tonight was the dagger for me. I had a young guy that didn't seem like he knew what he was doing or even cared to be there. The water bath was cold (unpleasant) and I mentioned this several times. He never turned on the jets. He put the warm towels on my legs and left, for a very long time. The paint job is ok but definitely not great. I had to use the polish to do some touch ups as they were drying. And the absolute worst part was his fingernails were SO long that when he grabbed my toes to paint, it felt like I was getting stabbed! Horrible experience. Do better Vogue. I won't be back.

My first experience here, and most likely my last. Everyone was very nice, but even though I took in pictures of the types of manicure, color and designs, nobody could understand me. I finally picked out something similar which they totally disregarded. I ended up paying $130 (including a simple pedi) for nail colors and designs I didn’t request. I will find another salon/artist who can understand my preferences and direction..

I asked for a gel pedicure and they delivered. A few days later, the gel polish chipped and they fixed it for free! Free parking with a luxury experience.

Dip manicure only lasted a week and looked rough, made me bleed multiple times from being too rough with the drill on my cuticles, contorted my hands in uncomfortable positions even after asking them to stop/be gentle, and it wasn’t even the color I asked for.

Haven’t been here in years thought I’d give them a try. First visit was great a young man did a set of gel x. Next visit a gentleman did my pedicure it was ok. However the lady who did my nail was rude she didn’t even speak until I spoke to her first. I was already sitting at the nail table when she came to sit and do my nail , therefore; she should have politely said hello. She was extremely aggressive snatching my hands, nipped my cuticles several times. She was rushing and as a result my nails looks horrible.

Can you say classy?!? The vibe & the mood is right in this salon! The nail techs are friendly, respectful, and they treat everyone the same regardless of race, nationality, or gender. If you can manage to put your phone down, most of them have some great conversation & I've actually learned a few valuable things while speaking to them. They don't mind taking their time or correcting their work right there on the spot if something doesn't look the way you (or them) envisioned... The ladies who run the front of the house are very polite & they have it going like a well-oiled machine; they honor your appointment times with little to no wait & if you're a little late, they're awesome about finding a way to fit you in with an available tech... Also, Tina & Sokly do GREAT WORK ?!

This was my first time at the salon, and I had a horrible experience.
I was scheduled to have gel polish on my toes and fingers. She started out by filing my nails to different SHAPES and sizes, causing my toes to bleed significantly. After she polished my toes, she immediately put my socks back on which caused blood to get all over my white socks when I got home. I never got to look at the toenails either and found out she clipped some of my nails nearly sideways. As for my fingernails, she left chips on them and polish on the skin in multiple areas. I felt rushed the whole time and was very disappointed with how my nails turned out.
