Love the one on one treatment. Not like other salons where your tech is jumping around and trying to do a hundred other things. They make you feel like family.

I was looking for a new nail place and got an ad and coupon for here in the mail. I made an appointment for a polish change and pedicure. I was greeted when I arrived and they were very nice. The lady doing my nails was very sweet. I chose the $40 pedicure with the callus remover which is what I typically get anywhere. It hurt quite a bit around my cuticles during the pedicure and then the callus remover was used a bit hard and took a large piece of skin off my heel. I noticed a few minutes later that it was bleeding quite badly. She apologized and put a band aid on it. The massage felt nice though. My nails are very pretty but the paint on one of my nails is thick and looks like it has a bump. Overall I liked the salon atmosphere because it was very quiet but my feet are extremely sore and painful a day after. I was charged full price for the pedicure. They were so nice here but I am concerned about infections following my experience here. I've had hundreds of pedicures and never had anything like this happen.

Ok how I rate businesses are service, product and atmosphere. Service; They were all great, BUT when it comes to first come first serve... they failed. When it comes to nail salons it IS first come first serve according to the sign in sheet. When one of the nail techs was done with his current customer I got ready, because naturally I was next. Alas, he accepted a walk in instead. Unprofessional and I almost left because of this, the way they were conversing I say they were picking favorites. A star deducted. Now product; They took forever. Waiting to get my turn and also getting the nails done. You would think that meant they were taking the time to be precise. Oh no, we left disappointed. 2 of my nails were only like 3/4 of the way painted. So, that's another star deducted. Lastly atmosphere; ok I cannot judge as far as the size/space of the salon, that's not fare. I CAN judge based on the clutter around the small waiting corner. Also, the toxic smell of the nail Polish being used was overwhelming. They need a ventilation system or something. There also was such an awkward silence. Most salon's have at least conversation going on or music, TV's on or something. Another star deducted. Outcome... we were not happy when we left. Simply accepted our nails, but happy was not the emotion that was felt.

I am not a person that leaves a review...Like ever but, since moving to Indy a year ago I have been on the hunt for a nail place and this is it!! The Dip manicure is amazing! I am never going anywhere else in Indy!

I've been shopping around for quite a while in search if my new mani/pedi spot and I think I may have finally found it! I especially appreciated my pedicure: it was extremely relaxing and my feet feel like baby's feet again! Jason is very pleasant, knows when to "small talk" and when to let you relax peacefully. I have already booked my next appointment in two weeks and look forward to it! Side note: I wasn't offered the reward card. Could also be my fault for not asking. Next time I hope;)

Great experience!! The picture doesn't do it justice! Jason was so friendly and took so much time and care on my nails to make sure they were perfect! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend
