Needed a new charger for my vehicle and home. Ryan tested my old charger to determine if I needed both the cord and block. Turns out I just needed a new block. The extra minute he took saved me $$. BRAVO Ryan. Thank you ?

They were very helpful & knowledgeable. It suddenly got very busy, there was only one tech but he remained super patient with the person in front of us, even though it was evident the issue was not something he could help her with from his store/service. He gave us a realistic time frame & we came back later for our product without a hitch.

Tony was very helpful when I was struggling with my new wifi. I originally went to a different store for the wifi and they were not helpful at all. Stating that I would be able to set the wifi up by myself. Tony was able to help me over the phone and even have a professional come out and set up my wifi. This took the expert over an hour to set up, I would not have wifi without Tony’s help! From now on I will only be going to this Verizon location!

Walked into this location and wasn't greeted. Okay, I can move past that, except that they ALSO skipped over myself and two other people to take someone who had JUST walked in. When this was brought up, they just said, "My bad." and shrugged it off.Ended up going to the location on Keystone and they were amazing.

Went in a whim after giving them a call to see about upgrading my iPhone to a newer model. I talked to Brayden on the phone for a few minutes, seeing if they had the model and color I was looking for, which they did, so I headed over. Brayden was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all of my questions with ease, made the entire process smooth as can be, and made it an overall enjoyable experience as well. I can’t sing his praises enough; what an a great member of the team to meet with. I would 10/10 recommend this store and Brayden to anyone who uses Verizon in search of upgrading or any other services they provide. Brayden even made it a point to call a few weeks later to check-in with me regarding my recent purchase which was very thoughtful. I work in the service industry (hairstylist) and know how hard it can be to strive for excellence in dealing with the public, but Brayden is top notch. If you’re in the market for a new cell phone, go check them out and ask for him. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for my cellular needs.

Yesterday, I needed a new SIM card and usb cable and I decided to purchase them at this location. When I walked through the door, a sales associate stared at me intently, even as he continued to talk to the customer that was already seated in front of him. It was to the point that even that customer was looking away to see what he was looking at. I stopped and stared right back at him until he stopped staring me down and turned his full attention back to his customer. With that, I then approached a female sales associate (who according to my receipt is named Dallas Reum). She asked me what I needed and I proceeded to purchase the previously listed items. I thanked her and left the store. I called the 611 number to activate my SIM but due to having to go through countless automated messages and the rep on the phone not being all that helpful, he told me that the store could activate it for me. So when I returned and told Dallas what had happened, she said that it would take a while for her to activate as well. I told her that I had faith in her expertise and that I could wait. She asked me for my SIM pin and when I told her I wasn't comfortable giving it to her, she told me that that was suspicious. I then told her that if I had a problem and took my iPhone to Apple, they wouldn't ask me for my account password. She countered this with saying that that was personal information and my Verizon pin wasn't. Also all the times I've been to various Verizon stores, not once did they ask for my pin. And when I call 611, the system verifies it's me, without asking for my pin either. So the fact that she was asking for it left me somewhat confused. After a brief back and forth where she was highly disrespectful and unprofessional, she said,"I'm not helping you". She then accused me of the behavior that SHE was exhibiting and when I asked for the managers/owners info, she refused. She then told me to go to the Verizon at 86th and Ditch, saying that they could help me. I walked out the store. Then returned and asked her to explain her what was it that I actually said or did. She refused and said, "This is the third time that I have told you to leave". When she said that, I felt that she was weaponizing her gender and her race and that she had no problem calling the police with a falsified story. I considered letting her do this knowing that I could just take them thorough litigation but I knew that there was a better way: I asked for the manager/owner information so I could file a complaint, she refused and told me once again to go to the store at 86th and Ditch, telling me it was a corporate location. When I arrived at this location and told the two gentlemen about my experience, they let me know that I wasn't the first person to come from that location complaining, and they would be happy to assist me. Cameron after seeing me unlock my cell phone and asking for my Id, installed and activated my new SIM. It took him around five minutes and he did not require my pin. So I decided to return the usb to the 1111 location. But I expressed to the gentlemen that I had a strong reason to believe that she would be disrespectful to me, lie to me/on me again and possibly call law enforcement. One of them told me to call Verizon, tell them exactly what I had told them, and to have a rep on the phone when I entered the store. This is exactly what I did and when I returned, Dallas definitely knew that I had someone on the phone with me. When I asked her why she treated me me in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, she said, "We've already discussed this". No, we didn't. I asked her for the owners information for the fourth time, and she finally gave it to me (wether it's legit, I couldn't tell you.) Then after that, she refused to answer any of my questions. Once I left the store, the Verizon rep apologized because she could hear her tone of voice and how she was addressing me. I will never shop at this location again. If I could give it zero stars, I

Dallas was awesome. She helped me figure out a huge pain on my account on the 4th of July that other stores couldn't figure out. Also she had awesome hair.
