This location seems to have folks that do not want to help. Both myself and my spouse have visited this location and they are not helpful, do not review the account for promotions/discounts and when asked to put a screen protector on seemed like we were bothering them. Will look to other Verizon locations for service. I've been a long time Verizon customer but this location needs better management or training. Do not feel like a valued customer when visiting this location.

I had the worst service, I was lied to! The guy that helped me changed my phone plan without my permission. Put mine and my kids phone numbers on the wrong phones. I had to spend a total of 8.5 hours on the phone with tech to fix everything he did! I wish I could remember his name bc he definitely doesn't deserve to keep his job. You could tell this wasn't his first time playing with someone account!
P.S.I bought new service online I ONLY went to the store to pick up the phones I bought ONLINE this guy changed my whole account instead of giving me my phones I paid for!

Stopped in to get a new phone for my mom. The representative was very knowledgeable about the product. Help us as best as he could due to it being close to closing time.

My spouse got a new phone and the promotion was a free tablet and smart watch. We did have to pay sales tax on the 2 free items. My spouse gives the tablet and watch to me. We only had to pay $15 a month for the data usage for those free items. After trying out the watch it was way too big for me and I didn't like it so I boxed it back up and had him take it back. Now there was $50 restocking fee minus the sales tax. It wasn't used just opened and boxed back up. Ridiculous we were charged restocking fee for a ( so called FREE PROMO).

I went to the store to change my plan, which turned into a 2-day, 4 hour and 2 trip event. DAY 1- the associate was half-interested in helping. The manager was present and did help. After 1 1/2 hours my phone had service. Then in the evening- no calling/texting. I then was online with Verizon Chat for 1 1/2 hours with them trying to fix it. Finally, they said to leave my data on and go to bed- they will synchronize things for it to be working when I wake. In the morning, it still didn't work. DAY 2- I made a 2nd trip to the store. The manager hid from me and never approached me while there. Another associate directed me to their landline phone in the back of the store to again call Verizon support and take another hour of my time to FIX IT MYSELF. Finally, it worked. I then pressed Verizon corporate for a credit. After spending 4 hours and 2 trips they offered $35. I fought back and got $100. If you want to buy a brand new product, or upgrade what you have- I am sure the crew here will take care of that. However, if you need to change your plan/get post-purchase support- you will NOT get assistance here. They will just hand you their landline phone for you to call and do it yourself. The workers need to stay focused primarily on new sales.

Super quick and friendly service. We walked in expecting to spend about $200 ans 2 hours adding a line, new phone and home internet. We spent less then $50 and only 20 min.

My experience with Michael was wonderful. He was patient in explaining every detail of my phone plan with me and went above and beyond in servicing me with verizon. Will definitely recommend Michael as the person to go to. Thank you michael and thank you verizon for fulfilling my phone service and getting me a brand new phone.

Unsatisfied with this location. I was a new customer and placed my order online. I was emailed that the process may take up to 2 hours. Never got another notification, і went to the store on the second day to see what the delay was about but they blamed it on customer service and customer service was closed for the day. I spoke with customer service once open again and they saw remarks saying my device was actually ready for pickup and i should've been able to get it while in store. Before i could get a chance to get to the store they canceled my order as it had already been 72 hours. The reps in there lack knowledge to make the process smooth for customers and they simply don't care. Now i have to create another order but i will make sure it's not this location ever again.

On August 22 we came to this store to fix a problem on my device one of the retailers guy install a new SIM card which crash my device I spent 5 hours there and not even the manager of the store was able to resolve the problem they make me add a new line so I can have a line for phone calls , I owned a business and depend pretty much on my device and Verizon was not able to fix the problem they created a bigger problem on my device ??? 20 years with Verizon and this today is unbelievable. Verizon Sucks on everything!!!!!
