When wifi arrived there were no cords to attach it. Called store. Couldn't get any help without going into the store. I'm 72 and don't drive. I've never been able to use it and I got the top package!

I scheduled a 2 p.m. meeting for today in order to avoid any lines, wait times, or hassle. I arrived 10 minutes early so I could browse and one of the sales reps "checked me in" and said someone would be right with me. There was no seated waiting area. All the reps were with customers so I waited around awhile. 10 minutes after 2 I looked at my Verizon app and saw I had been checked in as a "Walk In" (see attached photo). I waited ten more minutes then left. Dear Verizon: Don't give customers the ability to schedule sales meetings with your reps if your reps are just going to take walk in customers instead. Complete waste of my time.Forget the canned concern reply from management. If you care enough to make this right look up who had a 2 p.m. appointment with you 2/29/2024 and give me a call. If I don't answer leave a voicemail with your name and number and I will call back. So far I'm out the half day I took off work and the 2 bucks for parking.I'll edit this review by 3/7/2024 to relay what your response was to the public.3/7/2024 Update: No call/voicemail from management but you can do your research and shopping online then select a specific store for pick up. That's the plan.

IF I could zero stars I would.. Promised me a refund of 200 dollars that I already paid (it was said by a manager ON the phone call) She said I would see it in my account in 3-7 business days. NEVER received it. They just shut off my service after saying I didn't fulfill my payment arrangement that I NEVER agreed to. So shady business is obviously their motto. LOST a long time customer today and will NEVER recommend Verizon to anyone ever again. Hopefully you don't feel too bad shutting off a teachers phone service when she wasn't told she was supposed to pay anything!

The Staff is helpful, one staffer asked me for my driver's license. Clint; explained to her that I didn't need my driver's license. Fortunately, there's convenient parking access, so I was able to grab my license from my vehicle.

I had a pick up scheduled for my new phone. For some reason it changed from a locker pick up to a pick up from staff. I was worried the wait would be long and I was on my lunch break. As soon as I walked in a customer service person approached me and took care of getting my equipment very fast. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes with my new phone. It was a pleasant experience. It's a busy store but they account for that and have more staff to keep things moving with no one waiting around.

Went in to have my service switched to a new phone. Customer service was friendly, they greeted me at the door and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. Overall great experience!

came in on October 19th.the sales associate was not the best. i ignored it everyone has bad days.however i explicitly told her that i wanted a certain plan and no add ons. i got my bill today in the mail and i got up charged for apple one (explicitly told associate i was not interested) and verizon mobile protect (also declined protection as i was in a rush and wanted to explore my options at a later time)lastly i agreed on the plan she told me because honestly she seem super unenthusiastic about helping me. i told her i wanted the basic plan and she ignored me and just kept the plan on unlimited plus.i needed a phone that day and continued with the services. i should have waited for a more experienced and patient associate. my bill (according to verizon online) should have been closer to 90 dollars. but now my monthly bill is closer to 140. i will talk to a representative at a different location so see if they can fix these issues. i don’t recommend this place at all

Awesome customer service at this location. Needed a car charger in a hurry during travel to Indianapolis, so stopped in. Was warmly greeted when I came in and had what I needed within minutes. Loved the staff and the store was well laid out. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. Thank you!

Awesome customer service at this location. Needed a car charger in a hurry during travel to Indianapolis, so stopped in. Was warmly greeted when I came in and had what I needed within minutes. Loved the staff and the store was well laid out. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. Thank you!

Terrible store to come to. Jasmine brown not sure if that is the last name or not but she is a manager. Cancelled my order bc she was having some type of bad day, very rude. I've requested to speak to owner over store and they refused to give me that information or let me speak with someone else. When I asked her why she cancelled my order - she said that I should have picked up by 5p and I actually had 3 days to come get it and came to get it the same day I ordered it 7/21. I've called verizon several times about it and it's been 10 days I still have not received my refund. Terrible managers and distasteful company. Lazy and unreliable workers!

I've been there twice for activation help in the last two years (Different phones). Neither time could they "figure it out". It's not worth the parking just so they can tell you to call someone else.

T Mobile 5G network is a joke! I had it for 3 months and went back to Spectrum. Because first month was great, 2nd was 9 days before cycle renewed I had issues with lagging so much I couldn't watch TV. 3rd month 2 1/2 weeks before cycle renewed couldn't watch TV. Now I called and got every excuse from maintenance to network overload. But, first time I called lady told my I was a high streamer and they can slow it down at TMobiles discretion. They also said I used 2500gb a month. An internet specialist said that was not possible as it was equivalent to 10 gamers streaming 24/7. So not only crappies service but liars also.
