Probably one of the most unprofessional and rude staff at a Verizon store. It took me 2 weeks to return a router because the people in store kept giving me the run around and telling me they couldn’t help me (they could but they are so lazy and know NOTHING). I had to go back and forth with multiple employees until one would help me, which they never introduce themselves so I don’t know the names of but there’s maybe 2 people total that should actually be working there because they actually helped me. Don’t go to this store if you don’t want to turn into a Karen because the laziest employees want to work everyday.

Difficulty trying to get any help with an online promo deal from Verizon and this Corp level store had to hand me off to 3 customer service reps before they could sort of help me after 30 min of being on hold and talking. My apologies for getting a bit stressed and vocal but after 5 Verizon (2 store and 3 phone transfers) people couldn't answer my questions, clearly it was getting highly ? stressful.

This store offered the best AND quickest experience I have ever had in purchasing any upgrade for my iPhone. Zero wait. Quick and efficient service to find the best phone and plan for me. Math was simple and explained. Thank you, Bria!

I have been contemplating making a (much needed) new iPhone purchase but have been so apprehensive due to cost. Last Friday, I walked in the Verizon store on Mass Ave and was not planning on committing to making my purchase that day. I was so grateful that Serena was the one who greeted us and worked with me that day. She did not once make me feel pressured but was incredibly informative and she was definitely the reason I decided to make the purchase that day. Serena was fantastic to work with. Incredibly personable, knowledgable and made the entire process smooth and FUN. Thank you Serena!!

So fast! Had an issue with my son’s phone, tried the online chat first and couldn’t get resolution. Martin and Clint had me in and out in less than an hour. Explained options well, made good recommendations, super happy!

When wifi arrived there were no cords to attach it. Called store. Couldn't get any help without going into the store. I'm 72 and don't drive. I've never been able to use it and I got the top package!

I scheduled a 2 p.m. meeting for today in order to avoid any lines, wait times, or hassle. I arrived 10 minutes early so I could browse and one of the sales reps "checked me in" and said someone would be right with me. There was no seated waiting area. All the reps were with customers so I waited around awhile. 10 minutes after 2 I looked at my Verizon app and saw I had been checked in as a "Walk In" (see attached photo). I waited ten more minutes then left. Dear Verizon: Don't give customers the ability to schedule sales meetings with your reps if your reps are just going to take walk in customers instead. Complete waste of my time.Forget the canned concern reply from management. If you care enough to make this right look up who had a 2 p.m. appointment with you 2/29/2024 and give me a call. If I don't answer leave a voicemail with your name and number and I will call back. So far I'm out the half day I took off work and the 2 bucks for parking.I'll edit this review by 3/7/2024 to relay what your response was to the public.3/7/2024 Update: No call/voicemail from management but you can do your research and shopping online then select a specific store for pick up. That's the plan.

IF I could zero stars I would.. Promised me a refund of 200 dollars that I already paid (it was said by a manager ON the phone call) She said I would see it in my account in 3-7 business days. NEVER received it. They just shut off my service after saying I didn't fulfill my payment arrangement that I NEVER agreed to. So shady business is obviously their motto. LOST a long time customer today and will NEVER recommend Verizon to anyone ever again. Hopefully you don't feel too bad shutting off a teachers phone service when she wasn't told she was supposed to pay anything!

The Staff is helpful, one staffer asked me for my driver's license. Clint; explained to her that I didn't need my driver's license. Fortunately, there's convenient parking access, so I was able to grab my license from my vehicle.
