Love this shop. I’ve been in around seven times over the last five months. Everyone working there is SO NICE and welcoming. Other shops on 82nd make you feel like you’re a bother and aren’t engaging at all, don’t tend to know much about the product, and just want you out the door. This shop is laid out really nicely, too. I enjoy the rewards program (best I have found), the friendliness, the vast array of many types of products, cleanliness, and how easy it is to get to. Get your goods and head a couple doors over to yummy bowl!

The owner was the one who helped me with my purchase and I really appreciated his knowledge about his products. I’ve also never had anyone ask if I would like to test it out after purchasing to make sure it worked out for me personally. I wish him all the best with the new location!

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name unfortunately but he was very helpful and very engaged with me and another customer. Super nice and helpful and had me test my vape to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong with it before I left. Was in today (6/1) around 1:30. I will definitely be back!

Went here cause my coil was failing. I needed a replacement asap. Need a pnp coil rated for 80 watts. Told them I usually ran the 80 watt coil at 60 but still wanted the 80watt coil. Said they had 2 left and I should buy both. I caved and bought both without looking. Sold me two 60watt coils. I don't like the hit. Pushy sales gut talked me into 2 of what I didn't want. My trust failed me this time. Still using the 60 coils. Not thrilled. With so many vape shop options I probably won't be back. However the coils worked and functioned properly.

LOVE THIS PLACE. my boyfriend and i drive here from carmel, it’s our favorite place. santi is SO nice and easy to talk to about the products, chris gives me awesome recommendations and i always get what he recommends, and steve is simply so kind and light and so knowledgeable about the products. love coming here!!!! whoever is working always has a nice conversation and is fun to talk to. whenever i go i get a vape and have a nice conversation too lol :)

Been coming here for a while but will not be returning after today the employee in was talking about some wild political theories with a customer while I was in the store that made me very uncomfortable.

My girlfriend and I came last week for vape juice and other products and Charlie was the most amazing representative we have encountered at a vape store. Super friendly, treated us like family, and has great knowledge of the stores products. Vape N Things definitely hired the right person. Looking to shop here for all our vaping needs.
