I’ve never trusted phone repair shops ever. I was going to take an L and live with the bad crack I had till I got another iPhone but I didn’t want to risk water getting in the cracks. Took it here and he got it done super fast and honestly I could be overthinking it but the screen looks more crisp than how it was before and feels good and just as responsive. The guy was nice and quick and knowledgeable so ask questions! Overall 5/5 would definitely recommend for anyone who is skeptical. 150$ beats 300-400$ at Apple and definitely beats paying 1,200$ for a new one when mines works just fine ?

Best call I could have made and definitely saved me the aggravation of a new phone at the retailer. Friendly, fast, good at what he does, and I recommend the Indy Phone doctor with my unequivocal support.

Indy Phone Doctor was very helpful, professional and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I enjoyed the conversation with him and I don't think it took 30 minutes atleast it didn't seem like it took that long, my Grandson was even impressed ( it was his phone being repaired). I will give him 5 stars or atleast my Grandson will.....I'll be back if I need to and send others as well.

Found this place last minute after dropping my phone at work. I had been to other phone repair places and have had issues with service and quality of care but that isn’t something you have to worry about at Indy Phone Doctor!I walked in practically right when they opened and was met with wonderful customer service and just as good repair services! He diagnosed it quickly and had my screen repaired in 30 minutes! Robert is great at what he does and has years of knowledge and experience in phone repair! 5/5 recommend this business!

Great customer service and knowledgeable about fixing phones and repairs. My phone dropped in a pool while on vacation and they fixed it just like new. Apple stated I needed to replace phone when that wasn’t the case.

This is the second time I’ve come in, initially found it on Yelp. First time had cracked screen, this time dropped phone in toilet and screen had water damage. ??♀️ Robert was kind, professional, and got my screen fixed in less than 30 min. I will definitely come back should I need repairs in the future, and am happy to refer folks his way. Worth the drive from downtown to have this level of service! Also love supporting a local business.

I had called probably 10 different places to get my Samsung Galaxy 23 ultra screen fixed and no one had the parts in stock. Robert was able to help replace my screen and gave me a discount on a screen protector. It probably didn't even take an hour to replace it. Very grateful, highly recommend.

I'm so glad I found this place. I walked in thinking I wouldn't get the phone back till the next day so I was prepared. I came in Friday evening, customer service was excellent and told me to be back before 5 and the phone was fixed before closing time. I couldn't believe it.( he worked pretty fast)I will definitely recommend Indy Phone Doctor. Thank you so much

Had issues with my display not working on my iPhone and exhausted all the tutorials and DIY I could fine online with absolutely no luck. Brought my phone here after looking for places close to Fishers for help, and within 45 minutes, he had it fully operational. Even better: it came at an extremely reasonable cost. Any time I have phone issues in the future, Indy Phone Doctor will be the first place I stop. Highly recommend.

I dropped my iPhone into my pool on a hot day. The next day, all of the camera lenses fogged up with condensation. After a week, they were still fogged up, and it was very frustrating, especially with two kids at home that I couldn't photograph. I went to Best Buy, but they couldn't help me because I didn't have Apple Care. Then I went to the Apple Store, and they quoted me $700 to fix it. That's ridiculous because I might as well have bought a new phone.I went to Facebook to look for help, and someone suggested the Indy Phone Doctor. First he offered me advice on the phone on how to fix it myself. After two days with no change, I called again and he told me to bring it in. He fixed it for me in two hours and only charged me $200. He also offered a free repair if the condensation came back, but fortunately it didn't. Thank you Indy Phone Doctor for saving the day! :) Highly recommend!
