This location is always busy. We try not to go here but instead give our packages to our mail carrier or schedule a pick up.

Had a passport appointment scheduled for weeks, they called 3.5 HOURS prior to the appointment to cancel saying they were unable to complete the appointment. “We’re struggling” was her only response for why and no help was given to resolve or reschedule. My wife took off work to attend the appointment. We changed our childcare plans to accommodate the time all for nothing. What a waste of our time and money.

Don't bother coming to this post office if you don't have more then an hour to wait in line. I've never been to this post office and there hasn't been a line all the way out into the lobby that takes forever.

There a black lady there is rude , she tape a package for a lady that was in front of me ahe was so nice to her , them ahe talk to me so rude telling me if u don't have tape for your package I can't take it I was ok thanks , she got a aditude ,just because I'm not white doesn't mean u can't talk to me like that lady

This is a great Post Office that I purposely take a little extra time to drive to. I have been on multiple occasions, and everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly. Highly recommend - doing a great job here!

All star staff from the person answering phones to the ones that bring your mail and packages. After heavy snow and a holiday, my sons feeding tube supplies were extremely delayed. Despite my frustration and panic during my initial call, they were patient and helpful when, in all honesty, I probably deserved to be hung up on. They and the carriers that day went well out of their way to help me and realized the severity of the situation.I can't imagine how difficult their job is day to day, but they do it with kindness and respect for their customers, which is very uncommon these days. Shipping is cheaper here than any of the other options, usually only takes 3 days, and the service is phenomenal as well. Thanks to myself and my son again. You all are amazing people! ❤️

Don't come here unless you have an afternoon to spend. There must be no one working here. The line is always massive. Post offices should just be done away with when it's this bad.

Every single time I come here there is a very ver long ridiculous line. Customers leave and don’t even want to wait for the services. Yet , y’all don’t want to hire anybody it’s ridiculous! Stop being cheap and hire more workers it’s just sad.
