Nasty Attitudes!! Rude!! Impatient!!Wish I could give 0 stars. There’s no way you make as much money as you do and still have an attitude. As one of the drivers almost hit my car on Franklin coming over the tracks. Just terrible. Happy I relocated!

2 women that was there yesterday around 2-3 rude, loud and disrespectful. They act is if they have no customer service skills. They was so busy playing around that the lady that was supposed to help me didn't give me further instructions or information that I had to sit on the phone with the post office customer service for 40 mins today. This place has no structure and let's anyone work there.

Today was the first time to come to this post office and the lady with big glasses. She is a racist person, she has a very rude attitude and the customer service is terrible. Besides, it's not pleasant at all, she just screams at the customers

The employees are extremely friendly. My son loves dropping packages off with me and telling the ladies to have a great day!

Very rude customer service. I don't think the lady with the big glasses likes fair skinned blonde girls. Was there today with my 85 yr old mom waiting in line and she took 3 other people before us. She was soo rude. Absolutely can't stand her and her attitude

I have had so many issues with this post office. We get delivered other people’s mail constantly, when you call them to try to resolve issues they refuse to answer and have lied saying delivery was attempted when it was not on packages multiple times now. (We have cameras and my brother works from home.) If you want to get anywhere you have to go in in person or much preferred call the national office and have them put in an investigation. Even then they will not ever call you back with an explanation like they are supposed to.

It's hard to say which Indy Post office is the worst. This one or the Bacon Station one off Keystone. This one probably deserves bottom ranking because it doesn't have a kiosk and I am forced to interact with their hate-filled staff. I'm always treated nasty by the the women at the counter. After waiting in line 15 minutes in line to get 9 packages scanned for a drop off receipt I was denied service. The woman at the counter said, "I am not scanning that many packages." Scanning is literally clicking a scanner and printing a receipt. It would have taken one minute tops, instead she said I needed to go on their site and print off a summary barcode sheet with all my labels. This is a non existent rule she made up to deny me service. I called National customer service. They said it was inexcusable but that horrible lying woman still has her job. I definitely picked up a vibe that she seethed with hatred for fair skinned blondes. See my reviews of other post office branches. I ship over 1200 packages a year and know the branches well.

the female clerk with glasses is incredibly rude every time I visit this location. Today she made a totally unnecessary comment about how the rules must not apply to me when I told her I've been able to send an item through the mail before that she said I would not be able to send out. (she was told by another clerk that it would in fact be able to be sent, just through ground..... shouldn't she know that?) I was nothing but nice until that comment was made but I admit that I matched her energy after that. I'm sure no one will read this or even care, but there is a certain decorum expected when working with the public. I'm not the only person she was rude to. I watched 2 interactions before me and she acted like it was inconveniencing her to wait on people. If you're unhappy with your job, find another one. Don't take it out on people that are just trying to get on with their day.

Have to some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Called the 1800 number and told them I would like to pick my package up instead of having it delivered. They said it was fine head over to this post office and they would be able to get it for me. The clerk was all out rude from the jump lady with dreads, glasses, and a bad attitude. She didn’t even give me a chance tell her what I was told or look into anything. Her exact words were bro your package ain’t here you gonna have just wait bruh. Even though customer and tracking said it had arrived there.

The people are rude. They don't deliver the mail. I don't think they should be paid since they are not doing nothing.

My mailman never picks up my outgoing mail. I’m so sick of it and you can’t get a live person on the phone no matter what you try

I am a manager at a business in town. We have been waiting on important documents from the city. The city told us they have mailed us the documents 3 times in the past 3 months. We have not received them once! I went to the post office and explained the situation. There answer was we have sent you everything we have received. I told them, please forgive my inquiry but your 1.5 star rating does not inspire confidence!
