Every single time I go to this post office, it’s worse and worse. Why even exist? Shut it down. Dirty, vacant front window during regular business hours, machines always broken and drop boxes out of order. Does anyone even work here? At all?! If being the worst location in existence was the goal: Congratulations, You Win!

I’m not sure which facility my certified letter is sitting at in Indianapolis but it has been there since 6/8/24. When I call the customer care line all I get is the same info I see online. I created a case for someone to call me, we’ll no one has of yet. I’m states it’s is in transit to the next facility arriving late. I mailed it from NC on 6/3/24 it should have gotten there. I did a certified letter a month a ago and it got to MI in about 3 days. Now this one is hung up in IN. They need to do their jobs. I wish I could find the number to the actual USPS store and nite a customer service number. This is beyond frustrating, laziness, and pathetic. They don’t deserve the star I put on here. They need some help.

My priority mail package was scanned into the distribution center on 6/13/2024. It was never scanned out. I have spent several hours of my life trying to find out what happened to the package.
I have submitted multiple service requests that have all been routed to the post office in Natchez MS where the addressee lives.
Natchez postal employee,Taylor, has responded in a very timely manner by calling me notifying me that it never left Indiana. Twice.
Today, I waited on hold for over 45 minutes to speak to a customer service representative who told me that she could only submit another service request that again would go to the post office that services the addressee in Mississippi.
She said that she nor I could reach the distribution center by phone because the employees there will not answer their phone.
I have read the report of the audit conducted by the inspector general’s office recently.Let’s just say that the auditors found it to be lacking.
According to the CSR, there isn’t a way to speak to any employee of the distribution center.
If they have a email address, I cannot find it anywhere. And I have done more than my due diligence.
The post office should have a system in place allowing customers or employees to contact the place where a package was last scanned.
Otherwise what is the point of having a tracking system.
I’m pretty sure that I could reach President Biden if I tried to contact him as many times I have attempted to contact the usps distribution center in Indianapolis IN.
The fact that I had to hold for 45 minutes before an agent was available tells me that I am not the only person who has problems with USPS. And that the agent has no way to solve.
There’s something wrong with that system.

I’m not one to write reviews, but this place actually needs to get shut down. For months I’ve had to go to the office to pick up my mail because the delivery drivers fail to deliver them, citing “No access”. There are absolutely no obstacles blocking the mailbox/house (it’s a VERY clear path to the mailbox and house), so the only way one would even fail to deliver items would be due to pure laziness.
Just unbelievable and unacceptable. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

This post office needs to be shut down! I have visited this location at least 15 times within the last 3 months due to not getting any of my mail (after moving from my home of 10 plus years and paying extra for USPS informed delivery and then paying for a PO Box) in my mailbox. The addresses/coordinates of several locations in Marshill are NOT correct either. The lighting outside this location after dark is horrible here so any surveillance/cameras that are outside couldn't possibly be clear. Employees and Managers are always very RUDE! SOMEBODY SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THIS POST OFFICE AND THEY'RE EMPLOYEES including the mail trucks and deliveries. FEDERAL MEANS NOTHING TO THIS POST OFFICE AND THEY'RE CURRENT EMPLOYEES!!!

I honestly blame this place for most of my package delays. Every time a package comes through usps and has to come through here? It’ll delay 2-5 business days. Currently waiting on a package as I speak that sat here at this facility for 3 days before moving to its next location that has it sitting until Monday and it’s been sitting since Thursday. My original “delivery date” was Thursday the 25th and now I don’t have a delivery date window. Don’t use USPS for shipments that you want to receive soon. Please use FedEx or UPS as they always show some form of urgency.

The woman who delivers in my neighborhood SUCKS!! She needs fired. I live in drexal gardens off beecher and some times don’t get my mail. And now she’s is delivering my packages to different houses and I’m not getting them. I’ve reported her but she stills seems to be able to keep her job. How is this legal? How is it legal to drop packages off to houses that isn’t the address on the package. I’m LIVID! This isn’t the first time she’s done this either.

I sent a package at Saturday with priority mail express. It was suppose to come at Monday, but it didn’t thats fine. They said it would arrive in 2-5 days. It is now THURSDAY, I call my local post office to see what is going on and they said the package is STILL at the distribution center. This is ridiculous. I need it by thursday, it will be useless to me after. Never use this company or location, such a headache.

Several times this year I have sent envelopes to customers with non-machinable stamps on them, only to have them machined and destroying the contents. Money lost and customers not happy. I'm not happy.
Why are my envelopes getting machined when they have non-machinable stamps on them!?
I've had envelopes with two forever stamps that I've taken to the post office and had them stamped as non-machinable go through your machines ruining contents!! Paid extra using two forever stamps to have you disregard the non-machinable bag that my post office sends to you.
Only reason why this is 2 stars is because the lady at my post office is fantastic!
