I talked with Justin over text at first when I inquired after an ad on car gurus, he responded instantly. The car was priced 2-3k lower than everywhere else, I looked at a bunch of different places and galleria has em beat. They have a good vibe, for the most part, moose gave me negative vibes when I came in to talk to Justin and he didn't seem to like that and pressed me to tell him why I was there after I said I'd like to talk to Justin, twice... After I told him he was like ",let's wait for Justin" jeez bro that's what I said in the beginning.. anyway everyone else was cool and calm. Justin had the brakes replaced and the transmission flushed before I bought it. It's a fledgeling car dealership and it operates as such, which isn't bad because they really want all the business they can get. Thanks y'all for figuring out how to get me a loan with 567 FICO score. I will/have recommended y'all. I definitely suggest getting the vehicle service contract when you buy your vehicle.. mine ended up having transmission problems and I'm in the middle of fighting with the warranty company about it as we speak.”

“Tawni, Mason, Dave, you guys are the most amazing human beings to ever get into the car business. After getting rejected from 3 other lots. I stumbled upon this place. They took my 1k down payment, and got me into a 2016 SUV. Dave made sure to check under the hood 3 times before I left. Tawni called the bank several times to get me the best offer/payments. Mason initially took our app and said 100% we will get a car today. Edit: Brought my car back a few days later to have them detail it for FREE. They turned it on and heard a noise. Told me to bring it back that Friday to have it fixed. Also offered to fix the tire sensors. Although on paper they sold the car to me as is, they’re going above and beyond after the sale was made. ALSO ubering me home free of charge while they work on my car out of the kindness of their hearts. Easy to say these guys are the most wonderful ever”
