After her car accident, I took my wife here to check out chest pains. We arrived at 6:25pm. The website stated they were open until 6:30pm. The staff was closing down and refused to help us. I thought caring for the customer would include anyone who walked in the doors before closing hours. Not true for this location.

Nice staff! but I wa charged for a service that is fully covered by my health insurance. They said they refund the payment, I am still waiting.

Everyone from the front desk to the physicians are nice , professional and attentive.
I self paid and they made sure I got my money's worth.
Would recommend.

THESE PEOPLE DID MY TEST AND THEN CALLED ME AND SAID THERE WAS A MIX UP CAN I COME BACK IN AND RETEST I DID HE TOLD ME IT WONT BE A WAIT I’LLJUST BE IN AND OUT I BEEN HERE 30 minutes for something that was their problem!

I imagine it's a fine place, however, it is marketed as an urgent care but it's actually a private physician office. They aren't upfront about this and didn't tell us they weren't in our insurances network. If they don't bill as an urgent care then you have to pay out of pocket if they aren't in your network. They should be very clear that they are NOT billing as an urgent care. Questionably ethical.

Came in on a Saturday after injuring my foot Friday night. My husband went in and asked if we could have a wheelchair so I didn’t have to hobble from the car into the lobby. Well, they informed him they are not doing X-rays this particular day or they’d have already shut that machine down at 1pm, I’m not sure. Well I ended up having to hobble on one foot into the clinic. The front receptionist lady didn’t say a word to me at all and once I told her what was going on she responded “oh okayyy” very annoyingly. I am grateful I was able to be seen at least given a boot until I’m able to get X-rays. The NP I saw was very kind and friendly. I would only recommend coming here is you REALLY need to. Not an awful experience but definitely did not feel welcome. While I was there the receptionist told multiple people that walked in for care that they are no longer seeing patients and they just took in the last one (me) I felt awful because a sick kid came in and if I didn’t really need to be seen I would have gave him my spot.

I came in for general testing! I didn’t receive a phone call with my results in most cases you would think you’re fine since no one calle swaying other wise . Well wrong i tested positive for my testings . And if I didn’t call up there 10x every day ( no exaggeration) I wouldn’t have never known that I tested positive. And when I informed as to why no one called me they said they weren’t for sure ! Then decided to tell me to come in for treatment! I WIL NEVER BE BACK HERE EVER AND I CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Website says they do x rays and I called to see if they do and they said yes just so when I get there they can say they don’t .

First, I had to go back 3 times to get an athletic physical because they don’t take people past 5:45-6p. I put 5:45p because the 2nd time I attempted to go they said they were cutting off at 5:45p. We finally did get a physical but Andrea the PA was NOT friendly at all. She seemed burned out and her over all demeanor is not kind. The only reason we came back was the price. It was $35 with is much more affordable than the urgent care down the street. The front office staff blames the early stop of service on the provider and not o believe them.

Took wife to have foot x-rayed they said nothing was wrong with it. Gave no referral to anyone even after saying she doesn’t have a primary care physician. Didn’t even think it was sprained. This nurse practitioner had no idea what she was doing. Her foot was extremely sensitive to touch and obviously swollen. The nurse said it wasn’t swollen. Went to emergency room and they said whoever read her X ray at the urgent care read it wrong and that was the nurse. Her foot has two hairline fractures. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON! The staff below the nurse practitioner are wonderful. But the nurse practitioner is awful. She gives a bad name to real nurse practitioners. She isn’t knowledgeable of anything medical at all. Again. STAY AWAY

Went in on a Tuesday, had chest x-rays ordered and done on Thursday. The Xrays were faxed to them on the 15th. When on the 20th I finally get a hold of someone in the office they lie and tell me they never got the results. I call Rayus who inform me the results were faxed on the 15th. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY SHOW BACK UP AND DEMAND MY RESULTS.
