Was not in the store one minute, before the female walked over and acted like she was straightening out some clothes on a mannequin ,if that were the case you would have been doing it before me and my daughter walked in. What happened to greeting someone at the door. But instead u walked over to make sure we had no large bags to steal, All black ppl don’t steal ya know,? just like I know all white ppl don’t do meth. Won’t return, clothes were not up to par anyway.

It's okay, i guess, staff wasnt the friendliest at all. They will look at you and continue working. I love urban outfitters, but this location was super crowded.

I love it. Going to UO is such a vibe. I went in for a quick purchase for an event found what I needed in no time and the cashier was amazing.

Customer service is non existent here. I was not greeted when entering the store. I walked through the entire store twice without anyone saying anything to me. The clearance section looks like a tornado went through it everytime I go in there. Dressing room attendant refused to help me grab different sizes. Overall not the experience I was expecting. This seemed to be the case in most stores at keystone but I was gearing for a more helpful shopping experience at this particular store.

Eclectic place. All kinds of things to look at. My daughter had wanted to check it out for a long time (not from Indy), she was impressed and very happy! We will definitely return when we have more time!

My daughter found a shirt that she had been searching for. Although I thought almost $50 was high for a t-shirt, I had to consider where we were shopping. She likes what she likes, and she was a happy girl...... Happy girl, happy mom! ? All in all, it was a good experience.

Great place. Ton of cute stuff, but still overpriced. There is no reason a tshirt should be $50!
