This business really surprised me, I was able to give them an item to return, and the lady at the front desk explained everything that she needed to make this return smooth for the both of us. She scanned my return item, gave me a receipt and I was out the door before the next customer walked in. Now that’s customer service! ?

I used to love going here when Zach was manager. He was fun and funny and took a lot of pride in the staff. Yesterday I went in with a 17 lb 24x24x18" box to ship. The new female manager was a beast of a woman who refused to print my $48 shipping label from a QR code after I purchased it on eBay and not through her direct. She said it's a $2 charge to print a label. I asked if Zach was still there and she haughtily told me the reason he isn't there is that he lost money for the store. That woman was so haughty and nasty I took my box and left.

I’ve attempted to call this store NUMEROUS times today to confirm if they have a notary available BEFORE I drive there. No one will answer the phone! Terrible customer service.

I went in there with two difficult items to carry. The two ladies that were working were not helpful at all and told me I needed to go find my own packaging because they had nothing that would fit. They didn’t even try to help. I did end up having to go and buy my own packaging, but when I went to a different UPS store, the man that worked there was extremely helpful, and even helped me carry my item in.

Had a great experience thanks to Dorrian. He was very patient as I got all the right codes together for my four returns. And then help me find the most economical way to ship them back to sender as I had to pay for packing!! He went above and beyond to help and have a great attitude!! That’s very much appreciated these days !

The best UPS Store experience I have ever had because of Jaysaiah! All three of the employees were so incredibly nice and just having good vibes in the store. Usually a trip to UPS is not enjoyable at all but the employees working today were awesome! Thank you guys.
