Great service! I didn’t have a box for my Amazon return and rather than me pay for one or take it back home to find a box, the cashier found one in the back for me. Convenient location across from Target in Nora!

The Nora store is my favorite of the UPS stores I visit. They always get my packages where they need to go. Eddie waited on me today and was very helpful and friendly.

Everyone is always helpful at each of my visits here! I thank Jeff and his staff for always being professional and providing me with great service! I have also witnessed some customers entering with bad attitudes and watched this staff handle those situations as professional and helpful!Remember to also be kind to your service staff wherever you go!

I have been coming to this location to mail large packages that cannot be shipped from my office due to being bulky. Jeff and other employees have been so helpful to pack my heavy items safely in the right size box. Last week, I had a ton of engineer drawings that needed to be mailed out. I couldn't have gotten these out without Jeff's help. Thanks!

Had an Amazon return, today. Two lightweight articles of clothing, in one order, and two identical boxed items (lampshades) in other. Had four return codes. Clerk only captured total of two, one item from each order. So, now I do not have the two items and I do not have two refunds. I felt something had gone wrong, but clerk would not focus and listen to me, insisting transaction was correct. Sure enough, Amazon didn’t issue four credits, only two.

Rude employees charged me 1.50 because they didn't like the tape i used. Broadripple and Ditch locations are way more friendly. Just because you hate your job don't take it out on your customers.
