  The store NEVER answers their phone nor respond to email. I had a problem that could've been resolved in minutes but, due to them not answering their phone the company I sent my return to is making me wait 2-4 weeks because UPS Store 6285 would not answer their phone!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
