If the working hours on Saturday are 10.00-15.00, then do it. Just because it's not easy for anyone doesn't mean you can close 30 minutes earlier. I'm very dissatisfied

I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Tiara NOT sure if that is how you spell her name but I would like to say she was very friendly and helpful also very polite she made my drop off and shipping equipment very easy .

In general I've had very good experiences with dropping a package in the UPS store. I have never had any issue having packages delivered to where they need to go, and on the most part, outside of a couple of instances where I caught a staff member having a bad day, I've had pleasant customer service interactions with them.

All staff are very nice. Everytime I go in the store and it's quite often. Always greeted with a smile and a Hi or Hello. I never had one bad experience except there are times that I can't get reception inside exspecially at the furthest back register. Other than that it's great.

***WARNING*** THIS IS NOT A UPS STORE. This place is actually owned by Joe Polo who has paid UPS to use their logo on his store front as well as on the shirts of his employees to sell other services to unsuspecting people that think they're doing business UPS. It appears Mr. Polo has purchased the rights to use the UPS Logo in order to sale services, like their notary, printing, mailing, copying and others. I don't know about you but where I come from, there's a word for this... it's called a scam. A scam that is apparently going on at at least 10 other locations also owned by Mr. Polo. So if you decide to visit one of these so called UPS stores the first question you need to ask is rather or not you're standing in an actual UPS facility and if they seem unprofessional, incompetent and uninformed...it's because they are. Be careful who you do business with, it's seems lying is popular these days.

Liam stayed after hours to help me and did an AMAZING JOB!!!! It was pandemonium in there at the hour of 5pm, and Liam was alone with zero anyone to help, and KILLED IT!!!! UPS OWES THIS PERSON A RAISE FOR REAL!!! #recognizeloyaltyandtalent
